We need confirmation from the bank if the client had any accounts, if so new need bank statements from date of death until today. We requested reactivation of our mortgage loan and access facility on 11 March 2026. We have emailed the documents as requested, visited the branch, made telephone calls to home loan department, the issue is still no resolved Bond no : 368083349 Is this service to clients that has been with the institute for year and also has several business accounts with standard bank. Our client passed away and we have been battling since 4 Dec 2025 to get the DSTV transferred to the surviving spouse's name. The email address on the website is [email protected], however no response on this address. Why is this loaded on the website if it is not working. This is really poor service.
