Worst place to buy from. Ordered a vacuum on line, showed it was in stock and delivery was for Monday. Nothing arrived and yesterday we receive a message that the order was cancelled. Do not buy from them online. Dishonest is what I think.
Somerset West branch. This is an absolute joke and a farce. Same queue if you have an account issue or other bank related stuff and same queue for tellers. Nobody even bothers to come out and ask what you are standing like for. After this closing all my accounts at FNB
I ordered an electronic battle ships game for my grandsons 8th Birthday. I ordered this on 28 May 2020. Nothing on the website that this would take forever to arrive but they were quick to take my money. I then emailed them straight after the order was placed and paid for as I put in the incorrect province. After a few emails I was told that this would only arrive 1st week in July. I have been in contact almost every second day and all I get are excuses. Disgusting that COVID is now used for SHOCKING service. I now get told that the couriers are only delivering to them next week and then they will deliver. This is by far the WORST service I have received and surprised that they are still in business with this type of apathy and don’t care attitude. I think a ***eon courier would have been faster. Almost 3 months and not a clue on when I will receive this.
Well what can I say about this company!!! I have been a great payer for the past about 4 years, now we hit on bad times and they are still demanding full rental for the unit in this lockdown period. Instead of giving us some relief and they as every other South African go through UIF to get some relief, they are demanding full rental and then if you dont pay, they then lump you with a late fee as well. Where can we report these type of businesses. Instead of being united they want to squeeze blood from a stone??
Perhaps you should educate your staff on Priority boarding. They let through every Tom Dock and Harry. Perhaps you should take a book out of Emirates training notes for people actually flying business. Surely there are perks when you pay almost triple a normal ticket!!!!!!
This is not the first time and cannot believe you still have the same manager. Shocking!!!!! Got quote for 4 bathrooms for shower panels. 1 panel,per shower. an d I was actually stupid enough to pay for it. Almost 2 weeks after paying have no showers operational because of your managers incompetence. Peter does not bother to get back to us and other staff making up excuses to cover up for him. I either want a full refund or a confirmed date and time for these shower panels that are coming from Alaska???? He is supposedly out for business. What a joke he cannot cope with current customers and going out to look for more. SHOCKING. Cannot believe you are still in business. I will next time hands down use another company or PG Stellenbosch. Perhaps send Peter to your Stellenbosch branch to be trained on service.

We booked a holiday for the whole family with Beachcomber. There are 12 of us, which includes a 2 month old infant. <br> We requested a car seat for the transport from the airport to the resort and the answer from Beachcomber was \Well it is not a law in Mauritius so the vehicles do not have car seats\". <br> Basically whatbtheybarevsaying is that they are really not concerned about their clients safety.!!!!<br> <br> We have travelled to many places not with Beachcomber with our grandson who is now 4 and have never had a problem when re questing a car seat for the kids!!!<br> Shocking,.
