I would like to write a review about Prime Meridian Direct I made an inquiry on 16/08/24 call back next day from Nozipho Dube, whom qouted me a very affordable amount on my Polo Vivo, me and my partner where happy mostly because we are both covered and the access fee is at the value we where looking for. I'm happy with the insurance, and let's continue with this new partner ship.
I've started scanning receipts from last year and my main goal was the take a lot R500 voucher, I'm not quite sure on my points but I now I was about to close the R300 voucher, suddenly from last week while scanning my receipts my R300 voucher was lock, the again my R150 to, yesterday I was about to scan for a new week, I was logged out the app? I logged in to my surprise All my points gone my balance was R0.00 this is such a big **** shame.
On the 20.02.2023 I received a sms to notify me that my medication has been dispatched and ready for collection, after I have spent week on end trying to update my delivery information with many of the GEMS consultants, on the 23.02.2023 I went to my doctor’s office to go collect my medication to my surprise it had not arrived, I made numerous calls to the GEMS to find out what could be the problem as to why my medication has not be delivered, as I spoke to many of their consultant: “Rendelani, Portia, Siphokazi, Suzan, Nonhlakanipho, All who were fumbled by the fact that my medication is still not delivered, when I asked why some checked to find out that the driver has brought my medication back, reason was incomplete address, I set on the phone using my airtime to update the doctors address with them, even pin point the stores next to the shopping center to make sure that my medication is delivered correctly. Still to this date I have not received my medication. I would like to know if GEMS is taking advantage of me with my soft voice being played around from consultant to consultant or they don’t take my health seriously because right now my medication has run out, meaning finished I don’t have my medication and my health is at risk since I don’t have my medication. What seems to be the problem with them delivering my medication to the very same address I have been using with them for the past year, is their navigation system? Or is it their driver? Or maybe it the fact that I laid a complaint in December 2022, now they choose to make a mockery of me and my health?, I need answer and I need them urgently, why is Zanele Zwane not responding to my emails? Because I have send an email of complaint and she assured me that my medication will be delivered.

This is a complaint from me and my partner Vincent Shava and employee of the Government On the 09-12-2022 my life partner @ Vincent Shava change our medical aid plan from Emarald Value to Tanzanite One using the Gems USSD CODE system *134*20018# from there he selected option 5 which on the it was saying that we selection Tanzanite one, surprisingly he got confirmation that he selected option for medical aid plan Onyx, seeing that the is something wrong with their system he immediately send an email informing them that is not the plan he selected and then called the Gems the next working day to try and fix the error, the consulted that assisted him informed him that he needs to send an email stating his concerns in writhing, which he did the response said he needs to wait for 72 hours they will come back to him on the 12-12-2022. Not only did the consultant never came back with any response they also claim they send an sms stating that the medical aid plan change was not success full and he still in our old plan, these incidents happened on the 29-12-2022 when my partner called them after numerous times his been trying to get hold of them with no luck. Now today 30-12-2022 he did a follow up call they telling him that we suddenly on medical aid plan Onyx which we have been trying to dispute and fix their error based on their USSD system. Now this is utter bull**** because now we stuck on a plan we never budgeted for and now when we asking to cancel they telling us about waiting period of 31 days which means for the next month we are now liable to pay for a plan we didn’t choose by choice but because of their malfunctioning system which is now causing now and additional amount of R6791, how is that far on us. Gems your system is an absolutely faller to us as your customers, let’s talk about why is there a waiting period when your changing your medical aid plan, tell me why am I supposed to wait a whole 12 moths to claim for my chronic medication which I’ve been taking with you since we have been on the plan since 01-02-2019 why explain to me cause to me it doesn’t make sense at all, we are only changing a plan not stating up a medical aid plan, we have been loyal customer to you why now the terms and conditions please explain to me your failing us your paying customers who pay without failure because we need to be protected in case of an emergency???
I have never in my life received such bad service, I mean a customer is always right is it not what consumers right says, I happen to have bought a bed from the mentioned furniture store the brand of the bed is Restonic, It happend that Im not happy with the product so like any other custormer I contact the shop in request of a return of the bed and a refund considering the bed doesn't have a month since I bought it, the manager is busy giving me a run around informing me that the manufactore is refusing to take back the back or even refund me of my money "Restonic" I am completly funbled over this bad service I am out of word I am in serious need of assistance even thinking of reporting them to the ombusment Regards Lucky Ramatsui Not a happy with the service.
Good Evening, I’m righting this complaint on behalf of my brother: Thapelo Ramatsui, who has reported his phone broken to Hollard Insurance, since May 2020, the customer services keeps on saying that they going to send the courier driver to collect to broken phone since then, Yesterday my mother even took the matter to her hand to call again and was told that the courier driver is on its way meaning that today on the 18/08/2020 the phone was supposed to be collected. The service that my family has received on behalf of Hollard Insurance is unacceptable because the insurance is currently being debited yet they fail to communicate or send the driver to collect the phone. My Family and I would like to inform the company of its wrong doing as well as the public, because it seem like they think we do not know our right. What does one have to do to get your attention on this case, because all the necessary steps have been taken to report the problem? Kindly respond of will take your name to the mud!!! Good Afternoon, Yesterday I was called by a men called "Mpho Kekana" from a cell number: 0637166827, told me that I have been selected as once of the Winners for Vodacom Shake Shake, price where: R25,000, Samsung Galaxy S9 and R1500 grocery voucher from Pick and Pay, then he told me that I am short of point to get my price asked me to purchase airtime to the number: 0637166827 of R110.00, after doing that, then told me to get my Standard bank Instant pin I need to donate to an NGO and amount of R1250 that will be refunded for me to get my full pin, I send the money via my banking app Absa cash send then got the pin, but said must wait for him to call me in the morning to finalize my price and to which branch manager to consult at Chris Hani Mall in Vosloorus. When he took long to get back to me I immediately went to Standard bank and they confirmed that was a scam. Vodacom I have been a loyal customer for years but now how are we suppose to trust small things as competition if our money is just going to be taken like that? Very disappointed and thinking of changing networks!!!!! Regards,
Tell me how is this is far when I has involved in an accident since April and I am continuously getting the same email from my insurance telling me that they are still waiting feedback from the party involved in the damages in my car and i count now its being 3 months, and we talking about a well known company not that they don't have insurance to pay me back by in going on and on for ever, how is this far on me!!!!!!
How is it that they call themselves the best insurance in the country yet when it comes to delivery you have to personally follow them behind. I just don't like the way I have been treated regarding a claim with outsurance, when I initially took the insurance with them I thought my car is in good hands, guess I was wrong. Listing is a skill or maybe their call center staff needs further training in listing and making sure the client is taking the best cover for them.
