I submitted a court order in October 2025, since I have been sent from pillar to post. I was requested to courier documents to them in three different occasions I have done so but still I am requested to courier again the same documents I have submitted in October. At first my case was handled by Cavin Sebatane now it is handled by Phumzile. To my surprise the same documents I have sent to Cavin, Phumzile expects me to re courier to her. She even threatened to put my case aside and not continue with payment. I am sick and tired of this treatment and waste of my time and money.
I have never came across such inconvenience. As a Third Party claimant I deserve to be updated with the developments on my claim. My car was badly damaged and it was not a fault on our part. As if that was not enough the agent handling the matter doesn't seem to care. I have sent countless emails requesting an update but she just ignores. I have spent so much airtime trying to call her and in most cases wouldn't go through but I once got hold of her and she told me she will teply to my mail with all the updates it's now day 3 and I am still waiting for the email. It ****es me off that such a big company is taking this long to resolve this claim in the meantime we are loosing income because we used that bakkies for business. It's pathetic. Old mutual Car Insurance Resolve my claim immediately please. Enough is Enough.

This Morning Telkom just decided to suspend my services, even though I do not owe them. They were paid on the 25/06/2021. I called the customer service and I was told to wait 14 more days for the suspended lines to be opened. This is so pathetic. Please do not ever open a service with Telkom they are so bad.
I have insured my cellphone in 2016, I lost it and submitted all documents on the 10/12/2020 up until now I have not received any communication from them. but on the 01/01/2021 insurance premium was deducted from my bank. what am I paying for? I lost the phone I insured
African Bank gave me Loan on 10/01/2020 They debitted my Bank Account Today Already How possible is that? A company called SCB -ECLOANS is a scam. A while back I was applying for Loans Online, 1 of the EC Loans consultant immediately contacted me to offer me discounts that I did not even understand the purpose of. I asked where did she get my contact details. She told me she got them online wen I was applying for a loan. I said to her I do not need anything from her. This morning my bank account is debited R249.99 with Reference SCB -ECLOANS295278. I have no Loan with these scams. Their telephone numbers are all not working. Where can one get hold of these SCAMS??????

Why must I pay R5 000 for the approved personal loan of R200 000 to be transferred into my bank account? The agent says is for costs of the Attorney to draft the contract? Is it really RCS or I am about to get scammed? The upfront payment must be deposited into a Mr. J Jiya FNB Personal Account. Apparently he is an Attorney assigned to me. Someone call and explain.
