Very disappointed in the condition of one of the exam venues allocated to PGDA students in Cape Town that appeared neglected and unhygienic. Dirty desks, unsuitable writing conditions, and refreshment facilities placed directly next to toilet areas show a serious lack of consideration for students’ wellbeing and dignity during an already stressful examination period. Educational institutions have a responsibility to ensure that exam venues meet basic standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and professionalism. Students deserve better and considering the fees being paid.

I am at wits end with these sms charges from Foschini. The statement stipulates that the due date of payment is the 1st of each month. i pay my account on the 1st of each month on the 2nd i get a sms to saying my account is overdue . I will be charged for this sms come month end at the same time it clearly show on the statement payment received as the 1st I've been phoning them and they reverse payment continually , but every month the same thing happen. I am tired of phoning. this is a extra telephone charge and time to me and is totally unacceptable. As I am venting i just got a sms saying my account is overdue and to ignore if i paid this sms will be charge to my account with the next the statement. Please Foschini get your ducks in a row the company must be making quite some revenue with the illegal sms charges!!!
My medical funds are exhausted and I came across this Doctors and Dentistry discount for up to 40% for members on Edgars VIP Club . i phoned the Call Centre (well being division). Everything went well, my appointment at the Dentist was set up and i said to myself hmmmm what great service. Until my quote for the dentist was received. At the same time I am in the process of sorting my daughter's account out with her Dentist, of course when I received the Edgars quote I thought let me compare the tariff's code because I am going to use some of the same tariff codes. Only to discover the charges are exactly the same with a difference in some codes R2 the most was R10. Where is the up to 40% discount as per VIP benefit plan. Phoned the Call Centre again and was told that tariff code charges differs from one doctor to the other. Come on Edgars who are you fooling!!!

Got home found a Pre-Termination Notice half way stuck to my gate next to my post box. Is this the new method used by the City of Johnnesburg? Does this method serve any purpose? With the extreme weather conditions we had lately the wind could have blown it away. I phoned the Credit Control Depart. as was told that people do not check their boxes . Why generalize what if somebody just pulled it off? or if it was carried away by the wind.
