Refund delays and communication problem
Complaint regarding my outstanding refund from Milpark Education I deregistered in 2025 due to work commitments and after completing all the documents I was advised that I would receive a refund within 10 working days. That timeframe has long passed, and I still have not received my refund. I have made numerous attempts to follow up. Each time, I am transferred to the accounts department, where calls go unanswered. The only option is to speak to a receptionist, leave a message, and yet I receive no feedback or response. This lack of communication and accountability is extremely frustrating. This delay has now placed me under serious financial pressure, as I am required to repay these funds to my employer. It is unacceptable that I am facing consequences due to Milpark Education’s failure to process a legitimate refund within the promised timeframe. I request urgent action on this matter. Please provide: * A clear status update on my refund If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate it further to the relevant regulatory authorities. I expect this issue to be treated with urgency

Communication has been extremely poor from the start. due to other reasons, I want to deregister my course and cancel all modules, You can't call or email the institution, there only option available is to log a case. I've since logged mine and no one has responded, I have been following up with no luck. @milpark please assist is deregistering the course I have enrolled for and cancel all my modules.

My primary concern is whether my exam will be marked, given that it was written without the invigilator application recording. I spent approximately 30 minutes attempting to resolve these technical issues, including contacting the Invigilator App support team via WhatsApp, who then referred me back to Milpark support. I am deeply concerned that such issues occurred at a reputable institution, as they significantly disrupted my examination experience. Major challenge deregistering from Milpark
I was unable to go through with my studies at Milpark due to visa reasons. I had paid my registration fees but when it became impossible for me to continue with the entire registration process, the staff agreed with my visa agent that they were going to refund me, I just had to email them my proof of payment and log a refund case on their platform. This was happening during Christmas time, hence I received an email that they will only look at my case when they open in January. When they finally opened, I followed up. The whole process of logging the case on their platform is so impossible that all the steps they said to follow were not available on the platform. I took screenshiots of this and emailed it to them. They helped me to log the case via email where I sent them the proof of payment and a form they gave me to fill out and my bank details as requested. After all this was successful, they told me to wait for 7 days for them to process the application. After a week, they sent an email that I did not have any amount on my account. I did not care for the money anymore because the process was taking long and it did not seem like they were going to send me the money but my shock came when they went ahead and registered me after they said I did not have any money on my account, which I'm wondering how they would register me without me having paid. I kept sending them emails asking them to deregister me as I had been requesting for a while now. They ignored me but have been sending me all the links to their classes. I have not joined any of them. They have been sending me emails, asking whether I am having troubles joing the classes but conveniently ignoring my emails about deregistration. Now they have sent me an email about payment overdue. I am so overwhelmed fighting them.

Ongoing Delays and Poor Communication Regarding Refund Request – Milpark Education
I am extremely disappointed with the way my refund request has been handled by Milpark Education. Earlier this year 14 February 2026, I paid the full tuition fees based on a quotation provided by my student adviser. In addition to this amount, a registration fee was also paid in January 2026. Since the full annual fees have already been settled, I requested a refund of the registration fee. I initiated this process in 14 February 2026, yet weeks later the matter remains unresolved despite me submitting all requested documentation multiple times. Throughout this process I have experienced the following issues: Constantly changing requirements: After being informed on 22 February 2026 that only proof of payment was outstanding, additional documents were later requested such as a third-party letter and bank confirmation. Repeated submissions: I have provided all requested documents including proof of payment, refund authorisation forms, bank confirmation letter, and the required third-party letter. Poor communication: I have had to continuously follow up for feedback with long delays between responses. Unfulfilled commitments: Calls that were promised to discuss the matter were not made, which further delayed the process. Further delays by referring the matter between departments instead of resolving the issue. Most recently, after submitting everything requested, I was informed that someone from the Accounts Department would call me, and I never received that call which again delays a matter that should already have been resolved. This experience has been extremely frustrating as I have comp**** with every request made by Milpark, yet the refund is still not being processed. At this stage I am simply requesting that Milpark: Process the refund of the registration fee without further delay, as the full annual tuition fee has already been paid. Remove my account from the EFT payment option, since the fees for the year have already been settled. I would appreciate urgent intervention from Milpark management to resolve this matter as soon as possible, as the current level of service and communication has been unacceptable.

Frustrating and Useless
I have had one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever encountered. The lack of knowledge and willingness to assist from your agents is extremely disappointing. Every time I called for assistance, I was told that a ticket would be logged on my behalf. Yet, when following up days later, nothing had been actioned. However, I continuously received multiple “rate our service” surveys—despite the fact that no service had actually been provided. After weeks of being locked out, my admission was finally processed. Then came the registration issues. If your own agents are unsure of the process, how are students expected to understand it? I was given incorrect information so many times that I lost count. The one thing your team seems consistent at is demanding payments. I was pushed into a payment plan based on incorrect fee information given by your agents. This feels unfair and exploitative. When a student wishes to cancel and request a refund, every possible obstacle and excuse is presented to avoid returning their money. At this point, I am requesting my refund. I want my money back. I will never recommended your institution to anyone, you dont care, its only about the money!!!
