They will transfer you for asking basic questions All I want to know is if I can apply for the Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting if I have an undergraduate Bcom accounting which is non SAICA accredited??? If this is how their service is then I don’t think it’s worth enrolling with this institution. To avoid stress stay away while you still have time and have no regrets

I am very dissapointed with Milpark, there are just money making scheme. . I had problems when I was written TAXP01-6 module I couldn’t finish because I couldn’t write on the columns that were provided on the last question. I did not get a chance to write and that last question contained lot of marks. I keep on reporting on the chat and whoever who was assisting me kept on saying I should restart my laptop and the problem persist until the time was up. I begged to get an extended time unfortunately I was not granted, mind you I am a first time student. Even though I did not get my result but I knew I didn’t make it on that module. When time pass by I wrote an email to explain my situation but up until today I was not called or get a response. I was so disappointed and I concluded with that ,since day one trying to register with the institution I had problems, tried to look for the offices but I couldn’t get one still. The one is Milpark GAUTENG is no longer in use. I need to be afforded an opportunity to rewrite that module as I believe I did not get a fair chance to prove myself.

Milpark Education (Pty) Ltd changed the learning platform to Canvas starting with the 2026 academic year. I got informed that the Canvas platform was hacked in this year. Please investigate if this was reported to the Information Regulator in terms of POPIA and confirm the reference number and outcome by the Information Regulator. Further to this, The Invigilator App, replaced Proctorio, from the start of the 2026 academic year, to monitor the online exams being written via the Milpark website. I was suppose to write Commercial Property and Business Interruption which is a 3rd year Subject to complete my B.Com Short Term Insurance degree with Milpark on Tuesday, 26 May 2026. I did the pre-test and The Invigilator was working during the pre-test which can be confirmed by Milpark by viewing my access to the Milpark website. However, this morning, I could not access the Exam, it seems that The Invigilator App was either updated and/or all the steps to be followed to activate the The Invigilator App through the Milpark Website was not working. I contacted the Milpark Support Helpdesk for assistance, and after 40-minutes of trying to assist me, after which my exam session already started. I was informed by Milpark Support that I must submit a Deferral to the Academic Committee of Milpark Education to request to rewrite the exam, pay R350 and attach all evidence, as it was already 30-minutes after the start of the Exam session and I will not be allowed to start the exam session, even if I was able to login. I took screen shots of all the communication. I again watch the video which shows how to access The Invigilator App and the steps in the video did not correspond with what The Invigilator App required from me to do. I even received an error message when trying to load The Invigilator App/website that there is an error with "given permission to enable notifications". I had to ask an independent IT-technician to assist me and he found it very strange that the error message appeared. I am very, very disappointed in Milpark Education. I was granted x2 days Study Leave (Monday, 25 May 2026) and Exam Leave (Tuesday, 26 May 2026). I now need to convert these days to annual leave, which is depleting my annual leave. I am suffering now from severe anxiety and depression due to my hard work to prepare and study for the Exam. Why can Milpark not resolve issues with their platforms/website etc. to ensure that students can write the exams without any system issues? Why not go back to writing exams at venues? I had to buy a new laptop which is Windows11 compatible to ensure that I am ready to writing exams with Milpark. All of this adds up to expenses which Milpark seems to not take into consideration. I demand a formal apology from Milpark and to refund me the R350.00 and to ensure that their platforms/websites/apps etc which they use are 100% in working order. Milpark likes to go quite in circumstances like these, and hide behind their online environment.

Unfair Treatment and Financial Exploitation by Milpark Education, i am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the way Milpark Education has treated me through out my studies. Every time i attempted to write an exam, there was always a different reason given as to why it was not accepted or processed properly. i have been told things like " i did not scan the room correctly" or that "the exam is deferred," with no consistency or proper support. It feels like there is always an excuse, and no accountability from their side. Because of these repeated issue, i had to rewrite exams multiple times for just one subject so that i can get my qualification. Each rewrite costs approximately R7000, which has placed a heavy financial burden on me. it feels like they system is designed to force students into repeated payments instead of helping them succeed. As a results of all these delays, setbacks, and additional costs, i was unable to complete my qualification within the required timeframe. Now, when i finally in a position to finish my studies, i am being told that my qualification has expired and i can no longer continue. This is completely unfair, considering that the delays were largely due to issues on their side. I feel financially exploited and emotionally drained. Students invest their time , money and effort into their education, and institutions like Milpark should support them - not create continuous obstacles. I am asking Milpark Education to: Investigate my case thoroughly provide a fair resolution that allows me to complete my qualification. Address the repeated exam issues and lack of support I truly cannot accept losing all my progress and money due to circumstances beyond my control.

Good day, I would like to share the non-existence of service from the Milpark Institution. I requested for my refund beginning of February. The finance department never bothered processing my request. I requested it to be escalated to the Head of Finance for review. He approved that my refund should be paid to me. 4 months later and counting, I am still waiting for it. I exhausted all their internal avenues to get my money and failed. I asked for the CEO's office for assistance, and they refused saying it is a finance query. That is how dysfunctional the administration of this Institution is. Knowing their standard response, they will apologise for the inconvenience and investigate even though I have written that my refund was approved by their HOF for payment. The funny part is that I told them that I will escalate it to social media if I do not receive my money, they did not even bother to respond to that. It could be retaliation from whatever is going inside in the Institution because there is no way employees could be this uncaring if they were treated properly by the employer.

Very disappointed in the condition of one of the exam venues allocated to PGDA students in Cape Town that appeared neglected and unhygienic. Dirty desks, unsuitable writing conditions, and refreshment facilities placed directly next to toilet areas show a serious lack of consideration for students’ wellbeing and dignity during an already stressful examination period. Educational institutions have a responsibility to ensure that exam venues meet basic standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and professionalism. Students deserve better and considering the fees being paid.
