Good day, I would like to share the non-existence of service from the Milpark Institution. I requested for my refund beginning of February. The finance department never bothered processing my request. I requested it to be escalated to the Head of Finance for review. He approved that my refund should be paid to me. 4 months later and counting, I am still waiting for it. I exhausted all their internal avenues to get my money and failed. I asked for the CEO's office for assistance, and they refused saying it is a finance query. That is how dysfunctional the administration of this Institution is. Knowing their standard response, they will apologise for the inconvenience and investigate even though I have written that my refund was approved by their HOF for payment. The funny part is that I told them that I will escalate it to social media if I do not receive my money, they did not even bother to respond to that. It could be retaliation from whatever is going inside in the Institution because there is no way employees could be this uncaring if they were treated properly by the employer.
MTN billed me twice for my debit order, I tried to call them and they gave me no joy as I was not helped by the call centre. Worse part I made half of my debit order during the month on the 15th of August and today is the 1st of September they have not picked up my payment even though I used my account number as reference. How do I get my money back MTN?
Hi MTN.<br> <br> My number was changed from prepaid to contract and they did my swim swap in less than 2 days after I struggled for a week to do it myself. I am so grateful to the lady who started the whole process Sibongile Ngema. My phone is working hundreds now.
