I booked a place 2 months in advance only to find out the place was already booked booking. Com is not responding to my messages and not refunding me.
very bad service i have been trying for 2 weeks to get my child registered for online schooling, i had to pay the registration fee which was done and still no success very poor communication everytime you phone you must explaine your whole problem over again and then they promise to phone you but nobody calls you they also cant even confirm that my payment was receive pathetic.
my account was overpaid and i need to be refunded i have mailed Mary Jane numerous times, i have phoned she never answer her phone they are quick to phone you when you need to pay money but dont want to pay your money back.
I ordered food from uber eats and was charged double they are not responding to my complaints and dont want to refund me.
Im having the most terrible excperience with Bonitas i cancelled my medical aid before the membership started and this morning they debited my account when i queried it they are refusing to refund me i was recently retrenched also so i dont have money to waste
I Have requested for my debit order to be removed for months because i changed my banking details and was paying eft 2days ago Vodacom suspended my telephone lines because there was an arrears amount of R300 on my account when i quiried it i was told that was for each month the debit order couldnt take money after i requested 3monthsago for it to be cancelled know i must pay for something because they didnt to there job
Very bad service sitting hours to be assisted no sanitation done in assessment rooms no sanitizer available also.
I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR OVER A YEAR NOW FOR MY OUTSTANDING PENSION MONEY TO BE PAID OUT YOU NEVER GET HOLD OF MIBCO AND IF YOU GO TO THERE OFFICES THEY DONT REALLY WANT TO ASSIST RATHER CHAT TO ONE ANOTHER AND STILL IF YOU LEAVE YOU YOU BACK TO SQUARE ONE WITH NO MONEY, I HAVE USE SO MUCH MONEY JUST TO GET SOME INFORMATION AND HELP ON WHATS HAPPENING WITH MY MONEY.
We had the most terrible experience with one of the brokers from SFP, rude arrogant and to crown it all motivating his clients not to pay outstanding accounts, even if he is the responsible one who signed a clearance certificate we tried contacting the head office spoke to Alta Fourie and its almost a month and still no feedback and no word of the money thats short paid.
Im so frustrated with Homechoice and theyre staff for the last 2 weeks im being harrast with phone calls,sms and emails to say please send us bank statements your order is on the way i received an Invoice of an amount over R300 that i must pay every month for something i never ordered or received and the more i phone and email you get people who cant even assit themself or knows how to treat clients i dont want anything ever from homechoice or am i interested to buy anything all i want is what ever they have on order to be cancelled immediately
