This is the worst most unfrofessional company i have ever come across, i submitted my claim on 12 October 2025 today is 3 February 2026 and i have received no feedback , ive filled in claim forms , ive sent countless emails ive called twice a week since last year but i keep being sent from pillar to post I wanted to claim my provident fund from 2007 , i was sent forms which i was asked to fill and send back which i did on 12/10/2025 , i called back 2 months later on 12/11/2025 i was told i filled in the wrong forms and that i must fill in unclaimed benefits forms which i did and sent back , i was asked to contact MIFA going forward but still the terrible service is the same i called yesterday 02/02/2026 i was told my claim has been sent i should call back after a week , the consultants are the worst ive ever come across and the service is just none existand because even the email addresses on their websit dont even work and return as undelivered I would never recommend this company to anyone, its easy when they take your money , i even wonder if i will ever receive my funds or they have been looted like everything else in South Africa

I have tried to submit claim docs in November. No feedback. Then I phoned in early December, and they said email it to a different email address. Then a week later, I phoned again, and they said no new claims can be sent via email since December. (Why could the consultants I spoke to on the 3rd of December not tell me this????) Since then, I have made about 20 phonecalls to their offices (Some consultants just hung up whilst I was trying to explain my situation and frustration). Some offered to assist (I had to mail them screenshots to show that the system they have is not working). I never received feedback again. Finally, someone agreed that his manager will phone me back.... Two days later and 0 phonecalls. This must be the worst service-oriented company in the country. I don't know how you are still in business!!!

I am posting this review out of absolute frustration with the disgraceful service my father has received regarding his provident fund claim. What should have been a straightforward and respectful process has turned into an exhausting, stressful, and unacceptable experience for a 60-year-old man who simply wants what is rightfully his. We have sent multiple emails, followed up countless times, provided all documents requested, and yet we are still sitting with NO progress. Instead of taking responsibility, the company keeps passing the claim from one person to another with zero communication, zero urgency, and zero accountability. The complete lack of professionalism has caused my father unnecessary stress, sleepless nights, and emotional strain. No elderly person should be treated this way — especially when they have worked their entire life and depend on these funds for their wellbeing. The service has been nothing short of dreadful. Not once have we received meaningful feedback, timelines, or updates. Instead, we have faced delays, empty promises, and a careless attitude. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The way they handle claims is unacceptable, and they clearly have no respect for the people whose livelihoods depend on these funds.

After waiting so long in n the quee the guy was so cold and let me wait so long to check why i cant register on the App he actually ended the call while i am waiting for an answer. Service is terrible.

Absolutely disgusting service, every consultant tells you the same story we are capturing your application call back tomorrow, total waste of time been 2 months no joy and no one can assist same story every day.....

The bad service that I got from the Hatfield branch (Karabo Tsonope) refused to assist me and literally took her back and said to my face that she is going for lunch and she said to me even if I wait or come back she will not assist I should just see how I fix my Mibco profile with my employer. The efforts, time and money wasted for someone to just give me attitude. My employer has been sending emails to her with no response and this is the customer service I get from her after several attempts of trying her to assist us

I am writing this complaint I am really hurt what they’re doing to my dad . He’s been trying to claim his money for the past 2 weeks they keep saying they’re working on it I don’t understand what is taking so long they said they will help after 48 hours but they did not they had to change my Dad initial cause they spelled wrong now it seem like it a big deal I am so heartbroken what they doing , i even called the MIFA asking about the issue they told me that it them who need to help my dad .. he really need his money he worked so many year to get such treatment from you guy ,if you have a sympathy in you , you will resolve this issue cause if my dad died without getting his money I’ll make sure that every social media knows what are you doing that you are ****ing people giving them false hope that you will help them his number is 0723069474 please help my dad he really need this money
