Missed meetings
If I could give this institution a zero, I would. One of their financial advisors kept missing our meetings. They clearly don't care about getting new clients (it's been almost 3 months of me trying to set up investments with them)

Medical Aid Agent
I have had my medical insurance through this firm for many years and found them do be exceptional in their service and follow up on any authorizations or claims. I have dealt solely with Juanita Pilon and found her to be totally committed to her work. I would recommend this company and this specific person to anyone requiring medical aid assistance.

Succesion Financial Planning give brokers a bad name
We had the most terrible experience with one of the brokers from SFP, rude arrogant and to crown it all motivating his clients not to pay outstanding accounts, even if he is the responsible one who signed a clearance certificate we tried contacting the head office spoke to Alta Fourie and its almost a month and still no feedback and no word of the money thats short paid.

Recently I was referred to a young Lady just starting in the industry for a quote on my short term insurance. Never have I worked with a more vibrant , friendly girl like herself. She literally pulled out all the stops to get my policy to issue on time and with discount Succession Financial Planning Port Elizabeth well done on the best service I have received in years!

Claim Issue resulting in 'Passing the Buck' senario
Our company Alt Ener Pro Pty Ltd, has had a claim repudiated due to a wording war between SFP, www.sfpadvice.co.za and Hollard Insurance in our policy. Expectation for defective workmanship cover has not been met as spoken about when we signed up with them. too many people passing the buck and not enough men standing up... itoo.co.za - Warwick Goldie - MD hollard.co.za - Nash Omar - Dir
