Phone calls and emails go unanswered. The broker allocated to me is not really interested in servicing my needs. I really wonder how this business operates. 😡
Motor dealerships have the unfortunate reputation of ignoring customer complaints once the vehicle has left the floor. With Fuzion, my experience was excellent. Thank you to Duonay and Elthea for their professionalism in handling all concerns I had, and having them sorted out. To be honest, you don't get very many dealerships that behave like this. Congratulations to you and your team 🎊 👏. I will not hesitate to recommend the Fuzion Motor Group to anyone wanting to buy a vehicle.
A MTN call center agent upgraded my 3 contracts under false pretenses. I was assured that my contracts were only being changed in name only, and that there will be no cost implications or material changes to plans. Lo and behold, a week later I get details of huge cost implications and changes to airtime. I am still waiting for MTN to correct this and discipline the agent. Unfortunately, my trust in MTN is gone!
Makro's online ordering, delivery service and customer support is pathetic. The Helpline is unreachable, or when you do get through, they cannot hear you. I am awaiting a delivery for two weeks. It hasn't arrived and I haven't received communication from Makro to say why. Needless to say, I won't be using Makro's online purchases again. I use them because they are affiliated to my bank's rewards program. There are way better online grocery suppliers than Makro!
Admed is *******! I've been trying to finalize my claims for over a month but they keep on requesting different documents although I've submitted all necessary documents. Nobody answers the phone, they only respond vua sms abd email, so there's no way of explaining yourself. It seems its their way of trying to wriggle out of paying. Pity I couldn't rate them less than 1 star.
A lot of the cars they sell are pathetic but they expect your 2020 vehicle to be on better condition than a new vehicle when you want to sell to them. If their checks are so stringent, why are so many cars they sell such *******?
I am willing to bet that of the so-called 'good' reviews are ****. Look at the dates on the reviews, most are within a few days of each other.
I tried to make a purchase with Payflex thrice but the message "WHOOPS! SOMETHING WENT WRONG". After the third attempt, I quit and completed my purchase through another channel. I then received an email from Payflex that the purchase went through. I immediately contacted the vendor who confirmed that the purchase didn't go through via Payflex but through the other payment channel. I contacted Payflex (Nqobile) via email. I was asked to contact the vendor. I responded that I already did and sent confirmation that the order didn't go through. Since then, I haven't received a reply from Payflex. I tried to contact them five times via email and telephone. I held on for about 30 minutes at a time but never got to speak to anyone. This is highly unprofessional. I must add that Payflex did debit my account.
Online order on 1st March 2024 failed to go through. I contacted KFC head office, was promised a refund, but I am still waiting. Reference number CAS1483291. The delay is unacceptable, and I will not order from KFC again.
