Bad DR HAHNZ Cat Food
Bad cat kibbles in product purchased from our local Hyper Store. The product , DR HAHNZ for Cats smells very bad . The cat will not touch it nor will the cats at our local shopping center. I have phoned the contact numbers on the packaging but both the Toll Free number and the land line go to voice mail . Let messages asking for a call back but nothing. Very disappointed.

Bad Customer Relations
Wrote an e mail to Pick n Pay on there website complaining about the staff attitude mainly Pick n Pay Kolonnade Retail. This was on Sunday 16/01/2022 or Monday 17/01/2022. Guess what , Not even there Customer "Service" Department has the courtesy to respond. No wonder the store was so empty and there opposition was packed with customers

Badly Fitted Shock Absorbers
TPD Service Centre Zambezi. Had 2 front shock absorbers fitted . Fitted wrong went back and 1 was tied with wire. Was so bad over Christmas that I had to take it another mechanic at a cost of R500.00 as TPD was closed. TDP told RMI (Also no help) that they would refund me . This was never done. They lied to RMI and they lied to me. Very dishonest and unreliable

No chips at John Dorys
Went to John Dorys Scottburgh last night . Thought we try there special as advertised on an e mail I received. Sat down and were the told Sorry no chips. What a fish estabestablishment with no chips. We left disappointment.

Bad Customer Service
Complained via e mail to Pick n Pay "Customer Service" and requested that a representative call me (The complaint is to long to type} regarding a complaint against one of there Local stores in Montana Pretoria . After approximately 16 emails back and forth I get an e mail telling me the issue has been resolved ….. Hello *** I have not even received a call . Pick n Pay Customer Service Does NOT exist.

Bad Servicing
I was phoned by a lady advising me that my current contract with my Telkom Data contract was about to expire at the end of the month. Only after wards did I find out that she was NOT from Telkom at all.<br> In all fairness I received my router and my SIM card BUT on trying to contact them GUESS WHAT NOBODY answers the phones.<br> What happened to : \Our objective is to manage you expectations and to provide an efficient service tailor made to your needs"<br> If you need any further assistance "

Staff and Customer Service
On 09/01/2015 we went to Checkers in the Kolannade Shopping Centre to purchase amongst some other items the offer for 1 x 100 Joko Tea Bags plus a Liptons Green Tea for R24.99.<br> Lots of Joko tea BUT NO Liptons tea. Looked for a supervisor for some help All to busy chatting Not interested , looked for a manager - found one and his only response Get a Rain Check. No offer to see if they could find out why have all the Joko Tea But NO Liptons Green Tea. Rain Checks don,t work we have tried before.<br> Sent an e mail on Checkers website the following day complaining BUT you guessed it No one has taken the trouble to respond this a week later.<br> Checkers a loyal customer Very Dissapointed.

My 8ta Keeps Dropping Connection
Lately my 8ta Data has been dropping connection and it is very frustrating.<br> it used to be great but now I have a serious problem - Do I renew my contract or do I go for one of the other servive providers.<br> To get hold of someone who can talk to you is impossible.
