Bad cat kibbles in product purchased from our local Hyper Store. The product , DR HAHNZ for Cats smells very bad . The cat will not touch it nor will the cats at our local shopping center. I have phoned the contact numbers on the packaging but both the Toll Free number and the land line go to voice mail . Let messages asking for a call back but nothing. Very disappointed.

I bought Waggies 8kg small dog, dog pallets at Pick n Pay and found a piece of rubber while pouring out pallets to feed my two dogs. This is very concerning as I pour sauce over the pallets which hides the smell or taste of the rubber and could cause huge issues if digested.

I bought the food on 30/9/2024. The pellets have white spots all over it. I informed the marketing division on 7/10/2024. I send pictures of the specific batch it was bought from at Pick and Pay Faerie Glen Pretoria. I received a reply on 9/10/2024 requesting my address to deliver a replacement bag. I rep**** on 9/10/2024. I followed up again in November. No response received at all. Why should we as consumers just let such an issue pass. I have been patient but this is not the way to do business.

I've ordered wet dog food from them 2 months ago with no problem. I want to order again last week, their website is not working properly. I sent an email for assistance with my order. What a rude lady, she said that I must try another browser. She doesn’t want to help, too much of an effort! Really previously they assisted me and no problem. All of a sudden now it is a problem?

Bought 8kg bag only weight 7kg. Could NOT get their Facebook page or site to report this. Their contact number is disguised as 0861 PET FOOD. Tried doing a review on my finding, was not possible to submit. Seems Checkers must review selling this product. I will be notifying the store manager. Unacceptable that company's can sell something stating 8kg, but only has 7kg content. :(

I am truly disappointed in the Waggies dog food, we have five dogs and we bought the Waggies dog food that was on special at Checkers. 4 out of the 5 dogs was sick from the food, vomiting everyday. I will never buy this again. We only realized this when we changed the food. I do not know what they put in this food but I really do not even want to know. I see that I am not the only one complaining about the food. It should be removed from the shelves.

Waggies pet food packet purchased from Pick n Pay Norwood contained contaminated food pellets which unfortunately my dogs ate! Within some 12 hours, they ****ed all over the house. I tried to call and speak to someone at Gourmet Pet Industries but of course, I had to leave a voice message and am still waiting for a callback? Pick n Pay was most accommodating and gave me a replacement bag of their Pick n Pay dog food. I am also a first-time buyer of Waggies. It is a pity I never read the reviews before I purchased it. I am of the opinion that Pick n Pay should stop purchasing Waggies pet foods.
