This complaint is not about their service, but about the constant unsolicited calls I continue to receive, despite informing numerous agents that I am not interested in any products. In addition, there are now frequent instances where they call, and the moment I answer, the call is disconnected. This has become extremely frustrating and disruptive. I request that my number be removed from all marketing and call lists with immediate effect.

I was basically HARASSED every day by Selldirect of upgrading my Simcard with Telkom. After my Upgrade was done I now discovered that my Contract has been changed by the Consultant and I was not informed. Previously my SIM contract was where I could by the convenience of my own home buy Data and then billed to my Account of the current month. NOW, I have to go to a shop to buy my Data and No, I never buy Data on any APP. So I have contacted Selldirect but NOW every one ACTS stupid there. Suddenly the recording must be listened to before they will change anything on my Account. It puts me in a difficulty situation before an outcome will be given in only 7 days. I NEED THIS CONTRACT TO BE CANCELLED. STUPID CONSULTANTS THAT READS FROM A LETTER TO CLIENTS AND when you ask something they cannot help you or will escalate and get back to you.

I make an contract with Telkom for a wifi but nothing buy deceiving service provider now I'm calling them to cancel a contact that was taken up only in February 2024 was a telemarketing I regret that decision I was with Vodacom but was not a **** like telkom did with me money money they just take as the please and you log a query they never attend, I have been up and down I'm really dossapoited with their billing department.

It has been a long time since I have reviewed a company for various reasons however the service and level of commitment, I have received from Taseem needs to be documented. Well done Tasneem, it is only a pleasure working with you. In my experience social media is been used to complain and never compliment as much as we should.

I had a bad experience with Telkom as a new client to them I have a Wifi that was sold only in February by Telemarketing but it's been bad experience ever I called visited their branch in bloemfontein but no service at all, I open case with them Ref no 79496236. I'm really disappointed in their service they debit rediculars amount while debit was scheduled for 20 for R535 than R1623. 19 gone on the 16 yhoo guys please don't go to telkom it's bad service provider and their consultants ask me even my friends and family don't even collegue no to telkom.

I did renew my contract with telkom I think April,I was promised that I will receive my package in 2 to 3 days but that was never happened instead after 2 weeks waiting for package wrong package was delivered I waited again for 2 another weeks and no one called to inform me how far, I'm the one who was calling everytime, then I decided to cancel the contract but complains department called they apologize and my new contract was credited With R1380, for me not to cancel the contract the lady did explain to me how is this 1380 going to work meaning I'll have a break of 4 to five months break, I called again customer service service I didn't get any help, I send e mail only after 2 weeks when I get do follow up someone called and firstly I ask about May I was debited 2x R245 and R259 I send email end of May but no response I decided to reverse 245 because I have some debit orders to run to my account and according to me I have one account with telkom and to my surprise my old account I was paying R209 why R245 and R259 and also I thought maybe 1380 is not for consecutive months, I got too many stories from customers service. The last feed back that I received was I was credited 1380 but it was for that incorrect package that was send back but that was not the explanation that I received the time I want to cancel the contract, I called today as I wanted to pay that R245 becouse now I was told that the query is closed and I have to pay R245, now I was told I owe telkom R705 how I don't know. After I renew so many times now the is so many stories and my router is suspended because of my old account, I was told that unfortunately they can't find the recording so I have to pay that R245

The Selldirect Group and Telkom can't be trusted when you order a mobile sim card package (Flexon packages). I've received both a sim card from Telkom and Selldirect where I've only ordered one Sim package. The confusion came in when you call Telkom and order a sim card package, Selldirect must, as per discussion with Telkom, handle this process. But then debit orders will come through both sell direct and Telkom. As per discussion with Selldirect they will send the sim card to me. Today I've received from Telkom and Selldirect the same sim card. So my question is who's doing what because Telkom says Selldirect handles the sim card and Telkom only the package and amounts that needs to be debited from your account. Now I'm sitting with 2 sim cards and 3 debit orders that are active I'm struggling to get resolved. Worst, ************* system. Won't recommend anyone to do this process. Rather do through Mweb or Vodacom or MTN or any reliable sell services.

Sales agent phoned me and said he's from telkom and say's Telkom saw that am due for an upgrade. I asked the agent to send me a reference number or an email with a reference. He hasn't done so. I called the Telkom sales team only to find out that the guy was from selldirect ,now they can't be reached for cancellation of the order. We dealing with ****s here
