The worst funeral service ever I cancelled a policy with then a month ago. They deducted off my salary I have sent in all the requirements to get my refund back from these ppl they don't answer their phones they don't respond to emails or their WhatsApp number I called and after waiting on the life for 10 minutes the call cut this makes me wonder what PPL have to do when they have a claim for a funeral if this is the kind of service we are receiving really unfair service I want my refund
Health cash plan claim submitted now getting told to resubmit documents I have sent on the 2 April 2026 kept calling only to be told now on the 7th day before the claim is to be finalised that documents are short when the document they looking for was emailed on the 2 April 2026 they are looking for ways to delay yet they say a claim is finalised with 5 to 10 working days. Now when my claim is to be finalised they saying they want additional documents which all the documents where sent in together. I want my claim to be finalised and my money paid
This is the most *********** people I cancelled a policy and they still deduct from my salary and won't refund my money everytime i call they say 24hr to 48hrs it's been over a week. I want my money back in my account by this afternoon ridiculous service
Good day I would appreciate if I receive feedback regarding a judgement on my name which was added by your company. I did not receive any notice to attend a court hearing or any notice to sign for a judgement. A tracer came to me in 2023 to set up payment arrangements. I then sett92 of my 3 accounts and continued arrangements for the last account with african bank Now I see a judgement was added to my name without any correspondence between your office,African bank and myself. This service is unacceptable. I have called numerous times to no avail for proof I was served a notice to appear or if payment is not met I would have a judgement. There has been no communication or correspondence from your office with me I have an arrangements currently with African bank and not with you company. Please remove this judgement as it's causing dire stress to my mental health. The way ypur office has carried this is not of the law. I called your offices and they cannot even locate my file for 3 weeks. What company can't locate a file and call me back I have to be running after them. I'm and so angry with african bank. They have put a judgement against name without any correspondence I see on my credit record. They didn't furnish me with any documents even though account has been paid. But the loan I paid off in March they still can't Remove off my name yet I have a paid up letters. African bank I am now taking this judgement up with the ombudsman as this is ******* that you just go doing thing is without any correspondence or even contact. I want this judgement removed
I am so sick of african bank. So I paid off my lol2 loans in March and they still tried to debit in March and April causing my account to go in arrears. Now they go into my capitec account and debit off there for my 3rd account. I want my money from my capitec account to be reversed and that is not the account there are to use and I want my unpaid debit order amounts for March and April to be paid back to me as they cause my account to go in arrears for loans which was paid off. Duduzile maluka is the most arrogant useless consultant ever who things the money is being paid to her and have no skills in helping this is the worst bank ever
I paid off my african bank credit card in March 2024. African bank is still debating from my old account causing me to have now more bank changed and minus in my account. Further more they go into my new account and debit yet again.i require both payments reversed as well as charges for one the one account which has now gone to minus and added bank charges cause that account is not in use
So there is nowhere to purchase prepaid electricity cause the useless municipality does not know what they doing. As of yesterday we unable to purchase token and when calling the callcentre is so unhelpful as there is lazy useless people who are not interested working there. Nobody can say why the tokens can't be bought they keep saying it's working but clearly it's not.
So I took a life policy with a disability and critical illness policy included. I informed fnb I have a slight hearing impairment of which i was wearing a hearing adid to try correct my problem when I took the policy out in the branch. Upon me checking when I downloaded the policy documents that they said I have no disability and go going into the branch to try correct this. Furthermore I called the claims department to enquire and to see as I did indicate about the slight hearing impairment could I still make a claim. Of which I was told YES I could. I submitted a claim on 3 November 2023. I had to be the one to keep calling and getting told documents are missing. Then I called and they say claim not approved. I have logged a dispute due to the fact I was told I could make a claim and also I did try correcting the information inside the branch which was never done by the consultant who took my information. Now further to all this I keep getting told that fnb waiting for legal advice and they will give me feedback by Friday. Every week is something new and every week they say by Friday after the ceo meeting I will be given feedback to no avail. Why is there people working in a branch who do the opposite of what you the client is saying. And why is it that we given false information by the call centre and then we pay for claims to be completed only for the board to say not approved when the error is made by their staff. And why do we get given false hope during a time of difficulty.
I done an online purchase on the 17th October today is the 21st and there has been no movement on my order. When I call the call center they keep saying they have escalated it to makro springfield. I live less than 20 minutes from them and still no feedback. What a useless online service they have
