F260314962 I'm very disappointed and hurt about the poor service. I've reported 2 months ago about the problem of years ago and you don't come at all. We are living with poo in our premises which runs 24/7 and you don't care at all. I just phoned and you said the plumber is not yet allocated to fix our problem ‼️whatever you need in order to let us free please let me know 🙏 our house is smelling *** each and every second 🤕😭😭 S

Requested a form to do payment plan yesterday from Pinetown branch and I was told I need an letter of executorship which I cannot get because my sister will not sign for me There must be other options for me to make a payment plan fir rates and water but the lady was very stern

My water bill has been increasing in amount for months, when inquired at the Billing Department, they have no comment, Why are different house holds paying different rates charges??? Why are the areas charged different prices??? Why is the kl always the same, whereas my neighbour uses the same kl and pays far less, what is going on .. Why are we charged differently but use the same water litres.. Who is rigging the system, no one can respond to my emails @ eservices

They are full of BS honestly, we haven’t had water for 4 days and when we call they say it takes 24-48 hours every consultant we get on the line says the same thing. There is no progress and they have zero sense of urgency, also the consultants are very rude

Good day to everyone. I'm using this a platform to call out people who. Work for the municipality but do not do their jobs We have a councilor in ward 14 in Pinetown And nothing seems to be done in the area. We have sewerage running on the road. Terrible electrical problems and we take it to our councilor but he never does anything about it.. But nothing new for the government that runs out country

Good morning to all local and International hope you are well. So we start our lovely day here on the east coast dark. Like the future in the country. Power went out last night round about 20:00 and still nothing this morning. So good topic to talk about East coast radio. The have a app on the the phone that is good but does not work. Reported the problem but never got a reference number. So like a said the future is dark. Went to this amazing little town the other day in the USA Wisner the people are friendly and always helping where they can. The power went out reported it in 15min there was a supervisor that came to check 10 min later 2 guys one on the top and one operator. So they lift a transformer up the first time fits it. Checks still no power and drops it down. Then changes fuses and there we go power on. Supervisor takes a walk over to me and asked me please check if the power is restored. Walked inside and there was light. So getting back to my story in 45 min my problem was sorted. But because we are not living in America there is only dark days ahead.
