eThekwini and East cost radio
Good morning to all local and International hope you are well. So we start our lovely day here on the east coast dark. Like the future in the country. Power went out last night round about 20:00 and still nothing this morning. So good topic to talk about East coast radio. The have a app on the the phone that is good but does not work. Reported the problem but never got a reference number. So like a said the future is dark. Went to this amazing little town the other day in the USA Wisner the people are friendly and always helping where they can. The power went out reported it in 15min there was a supervisor that came to check 10 min later 2 guys one on the top and one operator. So they lift a transformer up the first time fits it. Checks still no power and drops it down. Then changes fuses and there we go power on. Supervisor takes a walk over to me and asked me please check if the power is restored. Walked inside and there was light. So getting back to my story in 45 min my problem was sorted. But because we are not living in America there is only dark days ahead.

Acetone ViV sport drink
Well bought a bottle of ViV sport drink Pineberry flavoured drink took a sip and chocked. Open the bottle and was shocked smelled like acetone and inside there is little foreign object floating around in the bottle. Reported this to the and the lady took my details said she will get customer care to phone me. But no one drinks this so don't worry if people died of it.

Experian South Africa (Pty) Limited 0861 105 665 not very helpful
Tried contacting Experian South Africa in regards to a dispute on my credit score as I made payment by was not updated so how or when will this be done as it effects my score. Regards Douglas Mackay

Gym Company
Complaint concerning Gym Company I have a problem concerning Gym Company; I'll try to be as brief as possible. I signed a membership agreement form with Gym Company as I was told by a consultant who was working at Galleria Mall who was advertising the Gym Company selling their product whose name is not known at the moment that the contract is month to month. Very happy with this as I knew it was easy to cancel if I had to stop, little did I know that what he said and after speaking with a consultant at the Gym Company are two different things, now I relocated to Vryheid and there is no Gym Company in the area. The Lady from the Gym Company told me that the consultant at Galleria Mall from the Gym Company was lying and was giving me false info and that I have a 36 month contract with them now when I said to her that I relocated she said I need to pay R2135 before they could cancel it or they can cancel it if I get two new members to join. Upon realizing this I went to my bank branch to reverse these two debit orders and made a call to Gym Company. After that a certain lady Zoey contacted me, and I told her my problem and that I asked them to cancel my membership, she then told me I need to pay R1373 before I could cancel it or I must email Kyle and he will be able to assist me. Poor service by Capitec and they can't even reverse transactions.
Good day let's start of with the above my name is Douglas Mackay and wonder if there ia someone who can assist me as Capitec bank is unable to do so. My account has been debited with R159 since last year AUGUST now how do I get my money back do I open a charge against the bank or with a company that does not even show on Google. Spoke to the lady that provided me with an number that I phoned while she was on the line with me and the number does not even work. So she said I must report it to the police will they be able to pay back my money. Or do we just carry on making some other place rich. Regards Douglas Mackay.
