My water bill has been increasing in amount for months, when inquired at the Billing Department, they have no comment, Why are different house holds paying different rates charges??? Why are the areas charged different prices??? Why is the kl always the same, whereas my neighbour uses the same kl and pays far less, what is going on .. Why are we charged differently but use the same water litres.. Who is rigging the system, no one can respond to my emails @ eservices
The accounts department is totally confused as they continue sending emails for paid up accounts, this company is totally confused, they do not have any idea as to what is going on, bad service, customer service is a disgrace. maybe stop harassing people with emails asking for money, get the account department to do their work properly, people getting to relax, and irritate us incorrect information, MAYBE DO YOUR WORK, CHASE THE MONEY FOR YOUR COMPANY 30 DAYS LATER, DON'T LEAVE IT FOR 6 MONTHS LATER AND MAKE OUR PROBLEM - DISGUSTED WITH SERVICE.
Extremely poor service, failed to deliver , paid for Disney Channel, however, none of the call Centre agents are equip to assist with linking this channel, it has been almost a week, with dally calls being made, but to date no one can assist. Rather pathetic as this is an extremely important service to the customer to be able to understand what is required, how can a company hire people and not properly train them to assist a customer. At times I wait hours on the line, only to be cut off, most of the call Centre agents are not able to understand what the customer wants. extremely bad service
Disgusted with service from Hyunai, called Springfield branch several times, no one returns calls, the call are dropping, I purchased a brand new i120, issues from the onset, faulty wipers, creaky seats, service is pathetic from Hyundai, finance person does not assist. not recommendable.

bad service from Zando online, they debit your bank account and cancel your orders, taking days to refund you, also returns are problematic as refunds take forever to be made into your account. zando needs to up their service to customers. and they have no contact nos.
worst insurance ever, they take your premium every month but refuse to sort your claims in the event of a claim. bad service
I would to commend the Spur at Hillcrest and Pinecrest, I have been to both of these restaurants and I was impressed at the manner in which they go out of their way to satisfy the customer, in saying so, I didn't have to complain only ask and the staff are always obliging, friendly and an extreme pleasure. There were instances that staff had to reheat food or bring stronger coffee or add extra sauce to my takeaway chicken, it was always done in an excellent manner, I would recommend these restaurants to anyone being certain that they would also be impressed. The managers are also extremely friendly and helpful, well done to these 2 restaurants on their perfect examples of understanding their customers needs.
Purchased a whole chicken and rolls from Grand Canyon Spur Pinetown, was not cooked and extremely stale, to date manager called and informed it was not spur fault and will investigate however, did not forward any apology or compensate for bad food
