I purchased five RnB Fest tickets for her and her friends and received the verification, QR codes, order reference number and invoice. However, when my daughter arrived at the event, she was told that the codes were invalid. Furthermore, the venue staff was unable to locate my email or reference code in their system. Despite the anticipation for this festival, my daughter and her friends were turned away because there was no one available on-site to resolve the issue. I'm totally disappointed by this experience. I have send an inquiry on their "form" and email (with evidence) detailing the experience and NOTHING! I would like a formal response explaining this failure and a full refund for the tickets. This is unacceptable and unprofessional from the ticket provider FIXR and event organiser. Will never use or recommend. Sadly wasted time and money.

Been waiting for order since 6th July. Have called 6 times to understand the delay as the website reflects 3 business days delivery. I am advised that it is a tracking issue and delay on the couriers side and I will be called back with an update. No call backs, no delivery! Exceptionally disappointing service.
It was pleasure dealing with the Clear Access team. Each of them were friendly, efficient and able to troubleshoot and resolve my connectivity issue. I had received professional service from the call center as well as the agent who was called out. Samukelo, Jackson and the technician who came out (apologies cannot remember his name). Keep up the great service!
