I cannot believe that this company keeps you on hold for hours with no one answering the phone or quick responses to emails. They don’t follow through on delivery or pickup arrangements.

I sent a WhatsApp asking for who will service my lavazze coffee machine in PE. I got a quick response and as soon as I sent my machine details I got the name, address and contact no for the correct person.

I placed an order for Lavazza machine on 30 June and then notified Ciro the next day that I have changed my mind. They said that the delivery has already been placed and I must return the machine to them. Firstly, they took weeks to take the machine back. Secondly, weeks went by and I did not hear back on my refund. Their phone lines do not work and I emailed so many times on the status of my refund with no response. Some then emailed and apologised a few weeks ago and said they will get back to me and still I have heard nothing with no replies at all. This is definetly, the worst customer experience that I ever experienced. All I would like to know is what is going on and to process my refund for a product bought 2 months ago

Been waiting for order since 6th July. Have called 6 times to understand the delay as the website reflects 3 business days delivery. I am advised that it is a tracking issue and delay on the couriers side and I will be called back with an update. No call backs, no delivery! Exceptionally disappointing service.

Still waiting for my order of 6 July 10 days later - no answers to emails and 15 minutes to get through on the phone to be told they would get back to me as the courier CourierIT had IT problems. Still waiting 😡

I purchased a Coffee Machine from them in December When it arrived , the capsules I ordered were wrong I then checked and saw that the correct capsules are to expensive I then returned the machine a day later and kept the capsules for my Mothers machine as they fit. It is now half way through February and still no refund, they claim it has been paid to me already, but nothing reflecting in my bank account All I want is my money back and I will leave them alone, but no they must like it when customers complain

I made a purchase for the first time from Ciro Boutique for a box of 500 House of Coffees Select 1.8g sticks. The order was placed on Sunday and I received the item on Tuesday, just 2 days later. Very fast and efficient service. Thanks.
