***** Rental Company

I wish I could give a zero star rating. Please do not rent from this agency. I have a dispute lodged with the Rental Housing Tribunal. Ref RTC 0120/26. I moved into a property in September 2025. Multiple issues. Once stope plate not working. A cold water tap not working. A pool not working. Carpets not cleaned. stay away please. Lesley Kemp is the agent I used.

CMR Wierda park do not assist families

CMR Wierdapark were approached to assist a mother trying to get contact to her child and she was told that they could not assist as there was no court order. The mother has being trying to get a court date but has been told she could not be assisted due to a backlog. She completed all the forms she needed to, but could not get a date. All while an unstable father (proof provided of his mental illness) was keeping her child from her. What is our government doing about it? The child is in danger and the father is mentally unstable (with proof), yet they are allowing this poor 7 year old to stay in his care and ignoring the mother. Reference ********** Dinah

Backabuddy supporting child alienation

A campaign was started by a friend as the mom was scared of the repercussions from her ex partner who abducted her daughter and was withholding her as there was no court order in place. She approached the courts and tried to get a date for a hearing but was told that they had a backlog. She started the campaign to get legal assistance to try to get her daughter back. All while the father was alienating her daughter. The person withholding her daughter reported her campaign as *****ulent, even though she could provide proof that he was withholding her daughter and could provide all the necessary proof of his actions. She has proof of him not accepting a court order to appear in court. She has proof of all the funds being paid to her attorney to represent her in court. But backabuddy still stopped her campaign. She needs the funds to fight an unstable father withholding her daughter. Please advise why her campaign was cancelled @backabuddy?

Bad Service

Medihelp is by far the worst medical aid every. Dont join them if there is a chance you will get a dread disease. They dont pay your claims at all.

Poor service

After waiting more than 15 days for connectivity to Vodacom's network, my line was finally activated. Just to discover that the signal to my study is so poor, I cannot use the wifi. I called and they suggested I get two extenders. Almost a week later, and I have no communication from them. Call their helpline, and I am told that they are processing. This after promising I would receive the extenders within two days. Should have know they would not improve their service.

Poor Openserve service

Between openserve and vodacom, I dont know who is more ***********. I app**** for fibre via Vodacom on 26 September. Vodacom blames Openserve for the delay. When calling in, nobody can assist as their system is constantly off line.

I signed up for the trial of 7 days. Before the trial had expired, they debited my account with R750. They do not offer a good service at all.
