Backabuddy who does not back the campaign creators.

NO customer service. An automated 'Ticket' system is in place that quickly creates a query number, but then nothing and no-one gets back to you. Even the [email protected] AND the info@backabuddy email addresses means nothing, because it is never answered. Simple questions has to have this 'elaborate' ticket created for NOTHING.

Ricardo's journey in overcoming cancer diagnosis

I am thankful for Backabuddy platform giving me opportunity to raise funds for my niece's husband. Ricardo's journey to overcoming cancer campaign has been challenging but I'm thankful for those who made a contribution. We fell short of our target but we are thankful for The LORD GOD WHO has been with Ricardo and us who support him during especially last year's trialing time. The funds were paid out promptly by Backabuddy team. I can recommend Backabuddy to assist people who need to raise funds for their loved ones.
