NO customer service. An automated 'Ticket' system is in place that quickly creates a query number, but then nothing and no-one gets back to you. Even the [email protected] AND the info@backabuddy email addresses means nothing, because it is never answered. Simple questions has to have this 'elaborate' ticket created for NOTHING.
Great customer service and communication. Also helped me make the right decision and then saved me money as well. Highly recommend them
Went to Bayside Mall branch to open new account and the queue went quick, staff was super friendly, informative and helpful. Even the customer next to me was having a good conversation with the staff member. It took at most 15 minutes. Great Covid protocol in place as well. So glad I moved from FNB!
Fantastic, friendly, helpful staff. Very compassionate and understanding. My claim literally took 9 minutes from being registered to me being sent a breakdown of the payment that's been approved. Highly recommend dotsure.
I approached Hashtag Studio for a quotation on printing business cards and A5 flyers. After shopping around to get the best price - I decided to go with Hashtag, as they were the closest and I like supporting local businesses. I was told that the lead time is 7-10 working days. This worked for me, even though it's quite long for 5000 A5 flyers. The artwork was sent and approved and I paid on Thursday, the 4th of February 2016. First of all, no one acknowledged my payment and that all was well with the flyer production. I called on Monday the 8th of Feb to see if my payment was received. I was told that it was. I expected the flyers on Friday, the 19th at the very latest. When I called on Friday the 19th - I asked about the flyers and what time I could pick it up to deliver to the distributors, who I had to pay twice. The person I spoke to did not know what I was talking about and when I said I needed the flyers that day, very poor attitude was displayed. I was told that she would check and get back to me. I never got a phone call, I had to chase them up for any information time and time again. It's been 17 days - I still don't have my flyers at the time of writing this complaint.
Its not every day that a South African can really rave about customer service, BUT I CAN! My parent's car broke down on their way to Gauteng from Cape Town. Having broken down in Beaufort West, they were limited to resources available and we had to find a gearbox for the car elsewhere. Found one in Parow, CT on the Tuesday and struggled to find a courier that would not charge me an arm and leg to get the gearbox from CT to Beaufort West. Called PostNet after hours and by chance got hold of the Western Cape Area Manager, Colleen Beukes who assisted me and put me in touch with the correct branch of PostNet. I got a call from her the following morning passing on details of David van der Westhuizen. The gearbox arrived the following day, which is absolutely fantastic! So mama and papa can be on their merry way! The entire experience with PostNet, from regional to individual branch level was awesome!! I was always informed of the status of the package and the cost really surprised me. THANK YOU Colleen and David and both your teams! Hooray for PostNet!!!!!
