Findallrentals
Based on recent customer reviews, Findallrentals is drawing overwhelmingly negative feedback from South African renters who feel misled by the platform's subscription model. A recurring theme is the low-cost trial converting into a substantially higher recurring debit without clear consent, with customers consistently mentioning difficulty cancelling, unreachable support channels, and continued deductions even after attempted cancellation. Many users also question the legitimacy of listings, claiming properties redirect to third-party sites or appear duplicated from other agencies. Concerns around transparency, refunds, and customer accessibility dominate the sentiment.

I have no active subscription with them, regardless they debited R789.06 from my account. When I went onto the website to see if I have a subscription it showed - Free subscription. There is no option to cancel the subscription because I have no subscription. FNB suggested I cancel my card, which I did but yet another amount of R789.06 was debited from my account. How is this possible!!!

I have agreed to take the 7-day trial for R19. The sight is not user friendly. I have cancelled my subscription on my profile, as I was told to do BUT still they try to take R750 for my account, after I have cancelled my subscription. This is affecting my bank costs I can't get hold of no one to help me This is ridiculous

Writing I want to warn others about my experience with Find All Rentals. In my experience, the platform hosts listings that redirect users to third-party websites to complete applications, and every listing I encountered raised serious red flags and appeared to be ****s. The process encourages upfront payments and requests sensitive financial information. Unfortunately, I lost a large sum of money through one of these listings. Please exercise extreme caution — verify properties independently, never rush into payments, and do not link your bank account or provide financial details through these platforms. Based on my experience, I strongly advise avoiding this site.

I just got ****med R750 I never signed up for. I was desparately looking for a house to rent and I was asked to R19 so I can get the landlord’s number. When I try to lay my complaint they don’t have contact number.

Findallrentals.co.za is nothing short of a ******** enterprise masquerading as a rental search platform. They lure victims in with deceptive ads promising access to landlord details for a mere R19 "7-day trial," only to slam you with unauthorized R750 monthly charges through hidden auto-renewals that are buried in vague terms—if they're disclosed at all. I fell for it, cancelled immediately after realizing the ****, but they still deducted the full amount, claiming a "pre-cancellation renewal" with zero evidence or transparency. Their listings are outright *****ulent: properties ****** verbatim from legitimate agencies like Leapfrog Property Group, complete with photos and descriptions, without permission—leading to **** alerts from those very companies. Many "rentals" don't even exist, designed solely to phish for personal info and trap you into subscriptions. Customer "support" is a joke—generic emails, no phone lines, and stonewalling on refunds, often requiring relentless badgering for even partial "goodwill" returns. Trustpilot and HelloPeter are littered with horror stories: low trust scores (as low as 1.4/5), accusations of false advertising, and violations of South Africa's Consumer Protection Act through misleading practices and unauthorized debits. This isn't incompetence; it's deliberate theft targeting vulnerable South Africans in a tough housing market. Avoid at all costs—report them to the NCC, and stick to reputable sites like Property24 or Private Property to spare yourself the financial and emotional nightmare.

The shadiest company I’ve ever come across. You sign up for a R19 fee for access to landlord’s/agent’s contact the link takes you to a whole new site, the original site of the people listing that property. THEN THEY DEBIT R750 FROM YOUR ACCOUNT!!??!! They don’t have contact details, poor customer service, so frustrating! You have to dispute their debit with your bank cause they’re so shady l,wow,I’m appalled to say the least.
