WARNING — Snowball Realtors & FindAllRentals.co.za I was de*****ed after engaging with Snowball Realtors, found via FindAllRentals.co.za. Both companies are working together and are not trustworthy. They supp**** convincing documents (lease agreement, CIPC records, SARS certificates) that appeared legitimate but were ****. Communication was handled by someone using the name “Jeremy,” but it’s the same person managing calls and emails under different identities. I made payments and never had the opportunity to properly view the property, resulting in the loss of a large sum of money. Please verify everything independently, avoid rushed payments, and do not share or link your banking details. I am sharing this to warn others.

In my experience, the platform hosts listings that redirect users to third-party websites to complete applications, and every listing I encountered raised serious red flags and appeared to be ****s. The process encourages upfront payments and requests sensitive financial information. Unfortunately, I lost a large sum of money through one of these listings. Please exercise extreme caution — verify properties independently, never rush into payments, and do not link your bank account or provide financial details through these platforms. Based on my experience, I strongly advise avoiding this site.
