I was sold a skin care range for the whole year it was suppose to be delivered 7 days after the sale but it never was. I did not receive any products or even a call to explain why but they have started debiting my account i don't understand why would they start debiting when they didn't even deliver the goods ? i was excited to try their skin care but now I'm no longer interested all i want is my money. I have a contract for R99.00 with cartrack but they are always debit more money different amounts up to R400 and they do this even during the month and i really don't understand why and when i call them they keep transferring me from one department to another. Even if i was behind with payment why do they debit different amounts and during the month and not the same amount we agreed upon ??? i am very disappointed i wish i can cancel the policy...

Hi a collegue of mine is has been waiting for a parcel from dsv for 2 days, so today upon realising that its getting late they still didnt deliver i called them on his behalf the consultant i got through too was so rude she just said that the parcel will be delivered tomorrow but customer was not called to be informed of this, he works on the road his manager did him a favour by allowing him to stay at the warehouse for 2 days so he receive his parcel but dsv does this they didnt even call him to let him know whats happening tomorrow he has to go back on the road, and they dont care about their customers so dissapointing
TODAY I CALLED FNB TO ENQUIRE ABOUT A YOUTH CARD THAT IM TRYING TO OPEN I WAS TOLD THERES NOTHING ON THE SYSTEM SO BASICLY THEY DONT HAVE ANSWERS FOR ME I DEMANDED THEY GET ME ANSWERS THEN I WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR. THIS IS THE NUMBER I CALLED 0873431299B THEN GOT FED UP AND PUT DOWN THEN THE GUY CALLED ME BACK WITH A 0870304000 NUMBER AND SAID I MUST HOLD HE IS TRYING TO GET ME ANSWERS FROM ANOTHER DEPARTMENT HE THEN PUT ME ON HOLD FOR 1 HOUR 15 MINUTES AND COUNTING I TOOK SCREEN SHOTS OF THE CALL
Good day I have recently contacted your company regarding a parcel that was lost from take a lot. I called f&f and I spoke to Thato. First of all she made me calm down then she assured me that she will personally see to it that the parcel is delivered to me asap. She gave me a number for the driver who took the parcel back to take a lot. When I called this driver he already knew everything and was expecting my call ( this driver was also good) . I just didn't get his name. I tried calling take a lot which was horrible and i wanted to cancel the whole order then Thato called me back again and said that they found my parcel and will send it to me the next day as it was late afternoon and it was Friday and I'm using my work address we then arranged for delivery on Monday. It is so heartwarming to see that there are still good people out there who are willing to help others and go the extra mile. She gave me the best service. She is my service champion for the year. I haven't received such good service in a while. Keep it up Thato may God bless you. I hope your company appreciates you.
I HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE WITH THESE PEOPLE FOR THAN AN HOUR AFTER CALLING THEM 3 TIMES AND THEY KEEP PUTTING ME ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN 10 MINUTES I AM GATVOL. CAN THEY TRAIN THEIR PEOPLE PROPERLY OR GET COMPETENT PEOPLE. THE ONE PERSON WHO SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT I THINK HIS NAME WAS ASANDA ONLY HE IS THE ONE WHO HELPED ON TMY THIRD CALL TOLD ME WHAT I NEEDED TO DO. ALL THE REST WAS JUST A WASTE OF MY TIME AIRTIME. MY INITIAL QUERY WAS THAT THEY DISCONNECT MY SERVICES WHEN I HAVE ALREADY PAID. I CALLED IN THEY TELL ME I NEED POP I GET POP AND IT TAKES THEM MORE THAN AN HOUR TO PICK IT WHILE I'M HOLING ON THE PHONE, THEN THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME A RE-CONNECTION FEE I REFUSED TO PAY IT SO I ASK FOR THE SUPERVISOR THEN (BOOM) THERE GOES THE AGENT AGAIN FOR ANOTHER 30 MINUTES TO CALL A SUPERVISOR FOR ME. I AM BEYOND ****ED OF RIGHT NOW AS I WRITE THIS I AM STILL HOLDING ON FOR THE SUPERVISOR......THEY DON'T EVEN COME BACK TO LET YOU WHATS HAPPENING. SHE FINALLY COMES BACK AND TELLS ME THAT ALL SUPERVISORS/MANAGERS ARE IN THE MEETING WOW LIKE SHE COULDN'T TELL ME THAT EARLIER ? I ASKED FOR HER NAME SHE SAID ITS NOMPHELO AND REFUSED TO TELL ME HER SURNAME THEN SHE PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME.....
Hello Peter I would like to compliment Dephine Siraha for the excellent service she gave us on yesterday at busy corner, she was very professional and fast, we good everything we needed on time considering the place is always packed we never waited for more than 2 minutes for anything that we asked for. She is a service champion I've been many times but i have never been this impressed with the service. Shes really good at what she does. I hope they appreciate her. I just want to thank FNB for the good work that they have done, I reported a fraud case on the 25th Dec 2017 and now i'm the happy to that the case was resolved in no time thank you so so much keep up the good work, FNB is the best......
