This is the most unreliable courier service I ever had to deal with and this is a Takealot supplier! They delayed delivery of my parcel on the 20th of April. Thereafter made a promise to deliver to on the 23rd. I am still waiting. There website is also down. Thank you Takealot' and Fast and Furious for making another mess of my orders.

Kindly note that I have ordered on Takealot and my parcel was supposed to be delivered in the 26th of March 2026. My parcel was then delivered to someone else and not myself. Takealot has been taking me from pillar to post. They said they would send the driver to fetch my things from that address and I’ve struggled to get a clear understanding when that will be happening. I have not been receiving assistance from any of the people on the call centre to resolve this matter. My package may have been ****** by the driver. Their third party courier company fast and furious have ****** my package and marked it as delivered!!!

Worst courier service to ever exist .. my order was supposed to arrive on Friday the 6th of February today is the 11th .. this courier company has no website, no contacts .. I am frustrated at takealot that continues to work with this company , I live in the Northern Cape & it seems takealot does disservice to its customers through this courier service… Because they don’t communicate they say nothing you're the one thats supposed to call them & ask whats happening with your order they keep saying today . Today today but nothing yohhh I am so angry .. I really wonder why takealot doesn't end its contract with these people utterly unprofessional I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life

They are being used by Takealot as the 3rd party courier. Delivery of the my parcel was to be on the 19th December 2025, however this did not happen. I received a email stipulating that it would be delivered today 29th December 2025, however received a email today 29th of December 2025 that the courier is being delayed and date of delivery will be provided. No explanation was received just exceptionally poor service.

They received my order from Takealot 5 days ago. Reason for no delivery: ‘Courier Delay’. What a hopeless company!! Is there any hope for this company? And yes haha… is there any hope that I will receive the package?

Very unprofessional. I don't understand why takealot keeps on doing business with them. No update on your parcel. Non of their telephone numbers works, you are completely left in the dark. The delivery date came and went past. You contact takealot they tell you that they will send the courier an email and they never give you a feedback....never buying from takealot for as long they use this courier as their service provider.
