Same old story!
The package was delivered to this courier on 13 May 2026. Scheduled for delivery on 15 May. Delivery then scheduled for 18 May. On 19 May notification was sent that there is a courier delay. So, we wait!! Like a previous time with the same company.3 replies

A Returning Nightmare!
A pick up for return of a *****t sink, that developed a crack after a month, has now been re-scheduled for five days in a row, in other words a whole week. Talk about chaos and inefficiency!!!0 replies

Hisense makes no sense.
What a fiasco! No customer care exists. I bought a TV from Takealot. 10 months later it was faulty. Took it to the Hisense authorised repairers and was told it will be replaced. Still waiting for a credit note from Hisense which was promised every time I phone and they promised to arrange for pick-up. It's becoming a joke!!3 replies
