Both my number as well as my wife's number is registered on the DNC( DO NOT CALL) LIST. I would like to know where you(Bitco) retrieved/got our numbers from, and don't tell me from a database!!! Then I'll ask who supp**** you the so called database?!?!?. You've got absolutely no legal, written permission to try and contact us. If you would like to argue the fact, prove the converse! I've taken on bigger spam callers than yourselves... Try me!! Ask DSTV Ceo what the outcome was when my requests to stop calling me was ignored!!! You have been fairly warned!
How long should one wait to get assistance to change a password??? It's ridiculous. Calling in and getting the annoying IVR with very few options is pathetic, absolutely no option to speak to a support consultant, you just have the option of a WhatsApp chat with a "Live Agent"..... Tell me, are you "live agents" all dead??? because waiting over ten minutes to speak to someone for a simple request is beyond pathetic!!! Get your act together!!!
These tow truck drivers are chasing money and in the process will disregard any types of road laws. Case in point, I witnessed an accident yesterday in Lavender road, Pretoria. Seconds later this First Help towtruck, driven my Gerhard drove into my vehicle, trying to get to the accident. Literally causing 2 accidents at the very same location. Now to try and get them to fix/repair my vehicle is a daunting task as Gerhard's supervisor (David) is very ****y and David's supposed supervisor Wimpie does not answer me, even though he is the one apparently dealing with these insurance matters. They are all from the Watloo offices and trying to contact the office is also not working as none of the numbers are working. I want answers as to when my vehicle will be repaired due to your drivers not knowing how to obey road rules. I accident report was logged with the Sinoville police station and this information was supp**** to Wimpie... again with no feedback from him or anyone else. Furthermore, if I do not receive a feedback by COB today (7 Dec) my next steps will be legal recourse.
So this doctor and his staff think they are clever.... I think I need to school them on the proper procedure when it comes to getting patients to pay their oustanding medical bills... No 1: You can't just hand over someone's account to attorneys if you did not follow correct procedure according to the NCA (National Credit Act). Secondly, If you are not able to supply evidence that a person is actually in debt with your practice then you should not revert to such actions... YOU WILL GET BURNT! Finally, school yourself on the content of both the NCA and CPA... Then we'll talk again! Your actions are boarder line ******** and against certain provisions in both these statutes!! I've taken on larger companies than yours and needless to say.. They walked away, tail between the legs. If you want to come after my Mother for supposedly outstanding debt, a year after the fact, without any notifications/correspondence/etc, you are planning to fail miserably and will have to present your case in court.... And this is no idle threat!
Been trying to get hold of someone within this monster of an organisation to try and rectify a DNS record entry in their Route 53 environment. Obviously they are either useless, not interested to do any work and to shift the request to one of the 1000's of employees or just blatantly ignoring my plea for assistance. Logging calls/tickets is a serious waste of time and if an "engineer" engages, he/she does not have a clue what is going on!!! The last engagement I had with them was in Aug/Sept 2022 and still no luck in resolving this issue. I would definitely not recommend any company to use the Route 53 services supplied by AWS!!!
I'm disgusted with this company - I would really think twice before buying from them in the future. I bought 2 lounge suites on May 2022, now 4 months later, the unit L-Shape suite's one coach broke while just sitting on it. Trying to get through to customer care is a total waste of time, until reaching out to the CEO. Now they want to repair the furniture, which I'm not accepting as it's new furniture. I demand a replacement. If I buy a microwave at GAME and 4 months later it breaks, they will replace it because it's under warranty - What makes this business so different. If I don't get joy my next port of call is the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud as well as the National Consumer Commission.

ADT can't prove I owe them, therefore you won't be in a better position to prove it either.. You have 24hrs to remove my details!!
Im going there tomorrow and they must pray that i don't take them to the consumer council. Bought front brake pads for a Mercedes 270cdi on the 30th Oct. 2 months later with not even a 1000km and its worn!!!! You better make sure i get my money back or i will make sure you close down!!!!

We have always enjoyed visiting the Casbah Roadhouse in Kilnerpark, but tonight was the last and I will tell everyone that I know to steer clear of them... We ordered food to the value of R433. I gave the waiter nearly a R40 tip only to find disgusting food when arriving home as well as not everything being there which was ordered. For instance, I ordered a Combo 2, which is a Rump steak prego roll with chips and a 500ml cooldrink.. I got the roll and a small polystyrene cup with flat cream soda, The "steak" on the prego roll was tenderized minute steak and and had absolutely no taste. My son ordered a Chicken Mayo Jumbo sandwich but the sandwich he got was literally the same size as the sandwiches I make for him for school.. and I had to pay R49!!!!???? Stop stealing people's money - If you can't manage a Roadhouse, CLOSE IT!! When we called the call centre and complained, the agent said he will call the roadhouse, and apparently the person that answered the phone at the roadhouse said we did not order a combo 2.... For Fu*K sakes bud, we are sitting with the slip... How about I take you to the consumer tribunal???? It's just the pity I was hungry and ate the food, otherwise I would have come back and shove it up your ar#e!!! I truly fed up with people and businesses that think they can't take the consumer, who is still willing to spend money, for a ride!!!! You've tried your luck with the wrong person this time!!!!!!!!!
