Harassment via unsolicited calls is a serious issue, and this is unacceptable. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I have never requested information from them as their business practices are highly irregular.

Repeated cold calls from different numbers claiming to be "Premium Save" which is in fact Icon Africa which is registered as Iconaf (Pty) Ltd. When asked where they obtained my details, they said from websites like Origin 5 and Money Mavericks, the latter has the same director as Iconaf. I have never dealt with any of these entities.

I worked for this company and they are operating under a false name.... When making calls the agents are told to say the company's name is premium save whereas it is icon Africa They mistreat employees and underpay them they are not iin line with the Employment equity act. The call center manager is suspected to be doing drugs in the premises during work hours

I have been cold called almost every single day from this call centre and I have asked them several times to please remove my number off of their database as I do not know where they obtained my contact details from and I have told them that I am not interested in what they are offering. I block their contact number and then they just call from another number again. It is incredibly frustrating to have this ongoing for months and then you are also dealing with their employees who are quite rude and pushy when you have nicely told them that you are not interested.

They cold cold me every morning trying to sell me accidental injury cover. The agent cannot confirm how they received my marketing consent - they cannot see this information as they dialer randomly calls leads loaded on their system. This is against POPIA and I will re lodging a complaint with the regulator.

Cold calling on a Saturday morning and the agent can not tell me where you obtained my details and where I opted in to receiving calls. Completely against POPI regulations. This will be reported to the regulator

My name is Meshane, I was an employee at Icon africa for a month from August till thee end of September. I did not receive any salary payment for days worked. The problem started whereby Absa had closed my bank account and I was only aware of this, on the day of pay day. I then notified the company, they requested proof on money reversed and proof thee account was closed. I forwarded the supporting documents to them as well as the new account number, we are now in November and I have still not received my money. I've contacted them numerous times, after them sending me proof of payment placed in the old account, they suddenly went silent, stopped responding to my e-mails and messages. I am clueless on what to do and how to handle this politely. They are based in Randburg at 16 York Street and I would like assistance please
