poor customer service regarding outstanding account
This is the way that dr J Schuttes accounts department deals with accounts, no contact what so every received from them for an outstanding account for 14 months and then you will be handed over to the attorneys and costs is added and just a date that account needs to be paid.

Lack of communication from Accounts department
Well what can I say and add to all the other accounts problems. Dealing with this Dr is a disaster! Will never ever make use of there services ever again. Due to their lack of communication I was not notified of short payment from medical aid. Now, after more than a year and a half of NO COMMUNICATION, they want to hand me over and make me pay more than double than what is owed. The accounts department fails in every way.

Lack of communication from Accounts department
Well what can I say and add to all the other accounts problems. Dealing with this Dr is a disaster! Will never ever make use of there services ever again. Due to their lack of communication I was not notified of short payment from medical aid. Now, after more than a year and a half of NO COMMUNICATION, they want to hand me over and make me pay more than double than what is owed. The accounts department fails in every way.

VERY BAD ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT
Be very ALERT when you go to this Dr. for x rays or any sonar or something like that. Because the do not communicate with you, if there is a outstanding amount, they just decide we will HAND YOU OVER. So, i am WARNING YOU GUYS AND GIRLS out there. Please be very CAREFULL. As their accounts department are to lazy to do the WORK, THAT THEY ARE GETTING PAID FOR. And if you ask the ACCOUNTS department what is going on, oh it is not their work. So i am just WARNING YOU.

DR. JOHANN SCHUTTE ASSOCIATES INC THE WORST PLACE IN THIS WORLD EVEN WORSE THAN YOUR LOCAL MUNICIPALITY
They Claimed to send a system generated email to notify me of an outstanding amount, this I never received all of the sudden 7 months later I get a final letter of demand. So we asked them for the communication before this and they still can't send it to me not even call logs. They cannot communicate at all ITS THE WORS SERVICE I HAVE EVER GOTTEN EVEN THE GOVERNMENT SERVICE IS MUCH, MUCH BETTER. So I ended up paying x3 the price I should have. I did make a payment arrangement but there was no feedback/communication after I missed the payment date and their excuse is they have a lot of clients. I asked for the recording of where I made the arrangement, and they can not supply it their proof is a note that anyone could have written. I UREGE EVERY PERSION ON THIS PLANET TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Dr Schutte and staff, you are a bunch of ******
!!!! WARNING!!! Folks be VERY careful if you need x-rays and go to this practice. I had x-rays done in Parys in January 2023.. A few days ago we got a call from attorney in Sasolburg threatening legal action if the account wasn’t paid. I dug deeper and found they only submitted the claim in May 2023 which was possibly the reason the claim was rejected. Since January 2023, I have received no statements from the practice. In that time I had changed medical aid’s and didn’t a single account from the practice or my prev medical aid. I have now have to take a loan to pay off the X-rays AND attorneys fee’s. On top of this, the x-rays were supp**** on a CD, my family doc and the specialist I saw were unable to read the images.. So the x-rays were of no value. There are many similar experiences on Google Maps reviews for their branches. Use them at your peril.

Illegitimate listing on ITC
I am being listed on ITC by Dr J Schutte, even after I paid the accounts. I never received the accounts, even after my telephonic request in September last year for all accounts to be e-mailed to me. They only e-mailed one account which I then paid. Yesterday I received an sms and whatsapp from their legal department with the intention to list me. I contacted the accounts department requesting all accounts to be e-mailed to me, which I paid. Strange how they can send me a sms and whatsapp with legal fees and all but cannot contact me to make me aware of the accounts? Now even after the account has been paid, the legal department informed me that they will still list me on ITC. Is it wrong to refuse to pay the legal fees due to their lack of communication? I literally asked for all accounts to be e-mailed to me, and received one account.

I I could give 0 stars i would . Same trick as other comments i read on here Submitted a claim 4 months late on medical aid , got handed over from R500-1700 People in their accounts is absolutely terrible people

Dr J Schutte and Staff do know the law - Bunch of ***boys!
So this doctor and his staff think they are clever.... I think I need to school them on the proper procedure when it comes to getting patients to pay their oustanding medical bills... No 1: You can't just hand over someone's account to attorneys if you did not follow correct procedure according to the NCA (National Credit Act). Secondly, If you are not able to supply evidence that a person is actually in debt with your practice then you should not revert to such actions... YOU WILL GET BURNT! Finally, school yourself on the content of both the NCA and CPA... Then we'll talk again! Your actions are boarder line ******** and against certain provisions in both these statutes!! I've taken on larger companies than yours and needless to say.. They walked away, tail between the legs. If you want to come after my Mother for supposedly outstanding debt, a year after the fact, without any notifications/correspondence/etc, you are planning to fail miserably and will have to present your case in court.... And this is no idle threat!
