Extraordinary service delivery.
I ordered parts for a clients generator motor on Sunday night and got them delivered to me by Tuesday morning, all the time being updated on progress of my order. Not only are their prices extremely competitive / reasonable but the service is outstanding too.

Excellent service and great communication!
Futurama keeps coming up when I'm searching for products online and I've always been hesitant to give them a chance. Recently I took a chance and purchased a product I couldn't find anywhere else in SA and am absolutely blown away by the professional attitude and effort put in by Futurama staff who went above and beyond to bet my purchase to me as quickly as possible, all the time communicating the progress with me. I will certainly be supporting them again in future.

Exceptional service!
I had a CPU failure on my CAD machine on Thursday, ordered a new motherboard and CPU from Evetech the same afternoon and they were delivered to my business by Monday morning, I'm absolutely thrilled with this level of service and highly recommend Evetech to anyone looking for a reputable, reliable online computer hardware supplier.

CC take your money and don't fulfill the order or refund your money.
I placed an online order and paid for a computer monitor a week ago. I was called by the selling store, Claremont, after 3 days to be told the monitor is damaged and they will refund me rather than send the broken monitor, I agreed to this however week since placing and paying for the order I am yet to receive my refund or even get written confirmation that it is being processed. An abysmal dishonest company to deal with, neither the selling store nor head office keep their word and follow through with what they promise to do.

Inacurate business hours and no respect for buyers.
I was in need of an inverter quickly on Sunday as mine broke, found one nearby at cash converters Village@Horizon, knew I had little time so sped through there so I could get in, buy, and leave before closing time shown to be 13:00. I arrived and was in front of the store by 12:51 but found they had already locked the shop. I then called their phone number only to be rudely passed on to the manager who again, rudely told me they "want to be out of the store by 13:00" which is not reflected as their trading hours. The arrogance only gets worse as I called the head office to report this only to be told that complaints can only be submitted by email not by phone, absolutely ridiculous! I sincerely hope your business fails swiftly cash converters as your level of disrespect for the buying public does not warrant success!

No service, no contact, no accountability.
I am hugely disappointed with Skynet and am frankly shocked that they are still in business based on their poor level of service. I upgraded my Vodacom account over a week ago and was informed by Vodacom 3 days ago that my new handset had been handed over to Skynet for delivery yet it took until today to even get a message from Skynet informing me they will deliver today, on getting this message I tried to contact Skynet via their supp**** Whatsapp number and received no response in 5 hours so I called them on their main number but even after 3 calls lasting 10 minutes+ had no answer. This service is absolutely shocking and I sincerely hope Vodacom cancels their contract with Skynet.

Fantastic online purchase experience.
What an absolutely amazing online business to deal with. Fantastic pricing, good selection of tools etc and unbelievable service, I ordered on Thursday and received my goods on Monday and was kept updated on progress throughout the process. I was hesitant to transact with Make Electronics online store, https://make.net.za at first as I had not heard of them but now I will not hesitate to buy from them again as the service level provided was out of this world and exceeded my expectations by far. Thanks for restoring my faith in SA online retail Make Electronics.
