Great experience buying license for Windows 11
Had a great experience buying a Microsoft Windows 11 Pro license. Product was delivered quickly via email. Good value for money. Will definitely make use of Digisoft ZA again for software purchases. Thanks guys!

Disappointed by lack of follow-up on refund promise
I used to love Digisoft—fast replies, helpful service. But after they promised me a refund, ****! Nothing. No refund, no reply. Just regular ads for the same product that they never refunded me for. At this point, I’m not even mad—just disappointed and slightly haunted by their marketing emails. I would love the old Digisoft back —the one that actually answered.

No delivery of product keys
I ordered a Windows install key from Digisoft ZA. Their website promises 'orders sent within 2 business hours' and shows 98 items in stock. Order paid, received and acknowledged at 17:15 yesterday. After not receiving the product key by 11am this morning, I called and spoke to Jarred. He said they were working on it. At 14:00 today, still no product key received. Called again. Spoke to Jarred. He said I should email sales (sic). I asked to speak to a manager. He put the phone down. Still waiting for my product key.....

Digisoft ZA no refund no feedback
The program I bought could not be installed. I was promised a refund but after more than a month no refund. Be careful. They ask for good reviews when you make a purchase.
