Do not use this insurer, they are unproffessional and inefficient.
Why do you lock the phones 5 days before payment is due and also why are your phones defective? I got this phone and it keeps freezing and jamming. Don't sell us factory rejects and make us commit to a 12 month contract.
Their merchant 99Rands is a ****. I ordered 26/08 and to date i have not received my order yet PayJustNow debited my account and they do not want to refund me. 99Rands is also now not answering their calls or responding to my emails. Do not use this service, they are *****sters and debit our accounts with no service or merchandise received. I had to change banking details to avoid being debited again. I am giving 1 star because I cannot give 0. My order was accepted and cancelled by the driver claiming I was not home. This is not true. ASAP has credited my wallet on the app, forcing me to go back to use their app even after a distasteful experience. Why do they not credit my card where the money came from? Why must I wait 7 WORKING days to get a refund back into my bank card? That is not TCF at all and is a disgrace to the Consumer Protection Act. DO NOT USE ASAP, especially if you live in a township. Their nonchalant and passive treatment of their customers is purely based on demographics and not a client-centric approach. I will be taking further legal action. I am a Client Experience Professional and to be honest, the consistent horrible service I get when using PicknPay ASAP is disgusting and totally unacceptable. If UBER can immediately refund me then why can't PicknPay ASAP? Good at creating customer expectations, then not delivering then *****ing hard earned money forcing us to go back to use an inefficient useless app.
I applied for credit was told to email my documents and to date there is no response. Cannot get through to credit department when calling.
Giving them 1 star as I cannot give them 0. The most useless service provider. Unreachable via phone and no response to emails. I asked they cancel my connection I'm still waiting. They cannot even accommodate debit dates. Incompetent PTY should be their name.
Vuma and its subsidiaries are the most terrible in terms of customer service or lack thereof. Unreachable telephonically and just non existent. Worst grudge purchase I've ever made. Cant give you a 0 I'll give you a 1
Ackermans Dobsonville, filthy store, no social distancing, been waiting in line to pay for over 30 minutes. Service at this store is non-existent. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this store.
I ordered through scoot on Saturday and my food arrived cold and the driver claimed to have been lost, I was promised a refund and am still waiting. Today I ordered again as they sent me a voucher, ETA was 11:50, 13:30 they sent a message that they are outside and they were not - they just sent a message to say they have left but they are liars and a scam. They con hungry people from their money and promise refunds that do not materialise. Their online chat is also a joke, so is their tracking system To date I have lost over R300 to them, I am beyond livid, I am disgusted. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
