Product received in order, However there is no customer service. Both the telephone numbers for enquiries do not work, no one can be contacted. There are no emails regarding the progress of the purchase (eg packed/processed/finalized) thought I had been ****med. I was informed via email once the parcel was transferred to the courier company and their emails indicated where the parcel was and the progress until it was delivered

Bad service! Placed order on 13 May 2026 no communication from them at all! Paid via payflex and my whole amount is paid but no product delivery! Payflex must also remove them from there list of purchases im so unhappy about this!

Received my order with a missing item Called them and they promise to send it within 7 days I called them more than 10 times Very bad customer service I'l never purchase from them At the end they promised a refund which I'm still waiting for from last year Your service suck

Very horrible customer service l ordered on the 7'th till date no communication nothing. The order l got was for the 6'th with a wrong size and color no clear instruction on how to lodge an exchange l will never buy from them again

I ordered on the 13 May 2026 and paid via the Pay Just Now App. To date I have not received an update regarding my order. I tried phoning the telephone numbers on the website and I get no answer.

This store is horrible... I placed the order and I only received the receipt of payment. There is no communication about the delivery, I'm just lost and I paid through payjustnow. They do not answer calls.

Just a short note telling you about my experience with Zaahidah from 99 Rands WOW WOW WOW she went above and beyond. Communication was fast, professional and solved my issue, even went to the extent of sending me a video to help me lock and unlock my bag and the changing of my secret number and how to use the port on the bag to charge my phone.
