I did my glasses via dit optometrist last year April and had 8 months to pay off via debit I received glasses May/June and notify them am not seeing properly with it no one attended to my call logged in October I decided stop my debit and have a respond from them was suppose to end agreement November but because stop debit I ended December. My glasses were picked up and sorded before December. I made my last payment December and no one contact me regarding any payment January they try to debit and was unpaid I can't act them and query the debit they said it's because I missed payment October explain that I paid it December. The following mth they try again and was told to send bank statements. Why mst I send statement if I have to pay and who are reliable for debits they run every month that gets return it was not my fault that the glasses were not fit and why did they only respond when payment was stop August and sept I paid for query that was already logged they mst stop debiting my account because now they are trying every month and debits returned. Am not owing them for work poorly done on they side. They mst stop debiting my account
I finance vehicle from WE BUY CARS on the 4th of July, assistance was Chandre, Moreida and sales person was Randall according to Randal car was clean with no problems and said if car have gold sticker its problem free green have problems, so I was happy getting good deal. To my surprise on the 01 August car service light went on and car overheating I trying calling WBC with no luck. The follow day I called them with no response so I called insurance direct, lady who assist me said that I can take vehicle to nearest service provider made appointment for the 4t August and took vehicle. Renault service contact insurance and they did not get policy under my name, finally I got hold of Moreida and she said policy only get activated a month after purchase, but she sends document same day. I took vehicle back to Renaults on the 10 August service was done for R3659.59 and I paid R235.80 cash. While vehicle with Renault insurance sent assessor and he pick up more mechanical problems. They replace timing chain and thermostat housing that cost R14 892.26. The heater box needed to be replace and cost R77 814.35 and another cost of RR3810.18. I collected vehicle from Renault on the 18 August went to WBC sale assistance said F&I lady not at work but promise I will receive replacement vehicle or WBC will fix it. They will call following day I did not receive call try calling them with no luck I sent email and respond from Chandre on the 24 August is that I must log complain. I did log complain and so called complain experts was John Walkinson, I never met expert with type of service this guy provided, he hardly replies on emails and if he does it’s not clear I must always call him and with calling things are said telephonically that I don’t have proof for because they refuse to give call recordings but all calls are recorded. As mention John don’t reply and when you call he reply and said that quote not up to WBC standards he is delaying process since August. Vehicle was 2 weeks during August with Renault and and since 16 October till now, am paying insurance and vehicle instalment. I keep complaining and not receiving any positive feedback. This situation is so inconveniencing me in personal and work life style and is costly Uber don’t come cheap and even if you borrow a car. We keep going to WBC office with no luck seems like management don’t know what’s happening in business or how to run the show or are they to afraid for John. Renault wants R10 229.25 to put parts back John gave Renault go ahead to fix car and now refuse to approved quotation. We spoke to Hannes Saayman that just send email he wants respond from John and up until today no respond from John and doesn’t make sense how Hannes reply to situation. Tumi Mokwena seems like he totally understands situation and said that matter can be easily sorted but nothing has been done. WBC has point 3 on contract that vehicle can be return in 1st 6months but get clearly ignore. Vehicle finance excluding all other stuff +/- R117 000 damage on vehicle R100 412.18 does does finance really make sense, clear they see what lost will be for them now they refuse to assist. WBC is no go they just know how to rob people they treat you well during time of sale when they done with you, you *******
I was dealing with Finchoice for few years, paying my account succesfully with no fail, than i made mistake going under debt review 2021, how ever 1 account was settle during debt review and still 1 active,, Feb I decided DC not working for me I can pay my accounts it use to be up to date. For pass 2 week am trying to get paid up letter and bank details so i can start paying again, and Finchoice keep refering me to useless Capital data where I get no assistance for what I need they rather send be account for capfin thatwas remove from credit, it almost pay week and still no bank detaisl do they want the money I owe them or can i start living happy stress free from them . I dont understand why account with capital Data if i was under debt review it was not like i don't pay them payment was made every month. Finchoice don't update payment history so it still looks like am owing them R60 000 and its actually R30000. I need paid up letter on ref 0278000779161863
clearly is useless to complain about this company, they did not respond to one review... they not caring about customer/ client by heart. for pass 2 weeks am trying to get settlement letter with no luck. people what to get out of debt but with poor service it is impossible
Today 06/ Oct 2021 round 11:21am I received a call from lady she gave me info regarding the call saying that I have outstanding bill I asked who handed me over and that it must be last call she made to me no one contact me previously regarding medical bills, and she said that matter of fact I own I told her its not mater of fact that I own no one called me previously and unfortunately I will not be reliable for attorney fees. She stirred me up I was rude and drop the call she had nerve to call me back telling me that am a low life and mst not use private hospitals and rather go to Bara and she drop. I called back asked for manager spoke to Cheronise Davids but it actually sounded like same lady so i told Cheronise about the agent that sad am a low life and her respond was yes but you must pay told her its not about paying its about how agent address me and she told me she wont get call recording but rather report me to our HR I told her than she more than welcome to do so we can take it from there, this so called manager dot have clue how to manage or speak to people where is her people skills work ethics and integrity. I drop call on her as well and she send me threatening sms
I took sim contract with Mondo and received it early August 2019, by the 12 Aug it was activated and since than I had connection problems. I went to Southgate store was help but internet only work for 2 hours, i asked them to cancel and they still debit me for a month and half payment, I reverse the payment and I received invoice for debit +/- R203.00 I query it on the 07 Nov and did not get feedback and reverse debit again, how can I pay for something i did not use
Unsatisfied client I settle my standard bank credit card ********** ********** 17 some time in April 2016, it was during time of unemployment. What happen I received funds and standard bank debit me and I had arrangement to pay +/- R3500 to settle the account . Standard bank automatically debit as soon as funds came in my account and the arrangement debit went off. 1 off the payment was paid back to me and confirm my account is paid up. A month later Standard bank listed me as Bad debt written off(default).... Clearly this was not my fault they debit me twice and paid back the extra money ...now am listed they need to remove me asap.
