Great Human Service.

Pathetic Customer Service
We ordered a base set more than 2 weeks agoand yet to receive it.This is pathetic service given the fact that we are 4km away from Coricraft itself.We have tried to get our deivery monies back so we can arrange out own transport to no avail.Worst experience.

Worst technicians
Everytime Vumatel technicians visit Meyersig they make a mess.Out network has been working fine and since they entered it has been down.Nonsense service as always.Its been 5 hours.

Bad customer service
I purchased some items on the 27/10/2025 from PnP.Some items were missing so PnP informed me the monies are held by Std Bank and will be reimbursed between 3 and 5 working Days.As times past I contacted Std Bank as spoke to Noko Moloto who sent me an incorrect form to complete,secondly spike to Dinah who assured me she will send a correct one and hasn't done so.

Useless App
Pick n Pay app is useless as if the product is not available you go through a tedious process with the bank for a refund.You need to learn from Checkers 60Sixty on how to run your business
