On the 14/05/2016 I made a purchase on the Dunns website for delivery and I was so happy that I got a confirmation from them. 16 May I got an sms and an email with tracking details and that the order has been shipped out, one happy customer. Little did I know it will not be delivered at all. The following week on Tuesday I went to their website chat and made a follow up with the order but was told that the drive could not get hold of me and the order would take 3 to 7 days to be delivered not a problem. Spent the rest of the week seeking answer but nothing positive came out and the 7 days passed. On the 21 May went back to the chat and spoke to Masego all she could say was that she as escalated the matter with their warehouse and delivery will be made on Friday latest Saturday, and also got an email from which stated ( Good day, Thank you for your recent order with Dunns.Our courier driver has been trying to contact you regarding the delivery of your order, but unfortunately, the calls have either gone to voicemail or remained unanswered. To assist you as quickly as possible, we kindly request that you provide us with an alternative contact number.If you need any assistance, feel free to reach out to us.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Warm Regards,Fezile Sibiya waited both days and nothing was delivered.) I waited for delivery but little did I know that I would be disappointed. On Monday 25 may I spoke again with Masego who told me that I would get my delivery tomorrow as it was delivered to a wrong address and the issue has been sorted with their warehouse and they are sorry for the inconveniences. I believe as I am treated in a manner that is not acceptable as I was previously told that the personal details including my contact were not correct as I placed an order, why is it that people can not acknowledge their mistake from first point instead of waiting for the customer to request details of driver, supervisor and the managers to log a complaint. This is not acceptable as I have waisted so much time waiting for no delivery and lost a lot. Someone must just answer or is this how people are treated
In 2017 i took several products with absa which the funeral cover was debiting since day 1 till 2020 October where premiums did no longer go off , i then made payment to keep the policy active but this started to become a night mare no money was taken off my bank. I made calls almost every month an i was told that they would debit and there was an issue whith their systems that is why im having this issues, nothing happend till i when into branches but i was not assisted ,in short i got an sms for a refund in march to send my bank statement which i thought that i would be paid all my money to go an look for another reliable insuerer but no i then callled Margret who said she will call me back but till to date she has never called me back. Im just tiered of this whole thing all i want is my money from 2017 so i can get a better option as ABSA has treated me like a no body just sucking out peoples money.
I have an Edgar's account an a cellphone insurance with finite under written by hollard taken at edgars. Earlier in September I submitted my claim as I was mugged and was to pay access fee an I did pay the money, a week pass no one contacted me and I called finrite and was told that I should expect a call in 48 Business hours an nothing happened as it's two weeks since the money has been paid and no one is saying anything yet they are too quick to deduct the premiums but when it comes to paying out claims it's a problem. Finrite insurance under written by hollard is taking people for a ride they are real fly by nights.Rather insure your valuables with accredited companies like insurance, admin plus which have a good reputation. This shows that we are never valued and companies are making a fortune out of us.
Early January I got a settlement from tracker for my account of R262.00 ,and made payment into the FBI banking details that was provided, its March and I'm being harrassed by Blake and associates that I did not pay in the right account and I should make payment, however on my side the account number used confirmed as the details are on their system, I've sent proof of address but it seems as if they want to RIP me of ,alot of people have been telling me why did I take tracker connect but I thought it was the best company with a good reputation but I was only fooling myself, I should have taken other options, if people are looking for a tracking device they should shop around and not be ripped off.they need to investigate as all the communication I've been doing it on my site, phone call including email.
i had an insurance taken with this company for almost 2 years and recently lost my phone and was told the outcome of which she says that im being declined because i left the phone unattended and i dont understand how that is because i lost the phone in the taxi
I visited the store in December to buy a pair of shoes and i was told to put them on laybye as they had no stock, On the 25th January 2019 i went to the store for the shoes and left with them only to find out when i get home that the size is right but its not suitable for wider feet , i then returned the shoe on the 27th and was told that they don't do cash refunds but pay via eft of which i did not have a problem about it. The cashier by the name of lebohang did the refund on the speedpoint of R499 and in a few minutes got an sms on my phone of a transaction that went of of R499 now my question is why are they charging me instead of refunding me. 1: refund not paid back 2:charged R499 3:How much is due to me? The cashiers seem not to know what they were doing ...they need training Spoke to the manager over the phone and he wanted me to listen to what he wanted and not listen to what i was saying nor my complaint , i feel that he does not care about the business and what customers are saying . This whole ordeal has caused me as my debit order will no longer go off as 1 lousy cashier was ignorant in doing their job, i just wonder how many customers are being treated this way or is it that im black and they just don't care or think ill never complain about my hard earned money????? Im looking for answers and some one must take accountability
On the 15.02.18 i visited edgars store to do a layby worth R1569.65 and every thing went well and was assisted in a professional manner. Came the 15.05.2018 i went an paid R200. to see that how much i had remaining so i can take the layby out however the balance did not change as it was still R1071.68 and was told that they( Nathi ) would sort it out and call once sorted, for 3 days i kept checking and nothing was done as i went instore to inquire but the same thing was said and i left with the hope that i will get a call as Nathi said. On 25.05.2018 i went back to the store for my layby and i was told that it had been cancelled and my question to the cashier was how can it be cancelled where else ive been waiting for the feed back from Nathi, he ws called and started lying saying that he had called and i dont recall being called by anyone from the store. I then told them that i want that laybe cause i like the clothes and im not willing to opt for anything else , Nathi's manager when i called at 4;30 said i should send an email of the slip of which i have proof of sending it to the store and said he will get back to me before 5:30 of which he didnt, i then called the store again and was told that the same guy who said i should send an email had already left and another lady by the name of Nomvula responded that they did not get the mail and i should resend it , i then told her that in 3 min i will be at the store with the slip...Got there and she was called she then told me that the stock was on the floor , we then went and checke and nothing was there an she said she will check other stores and from there its the 28.05.2018 and no call form any of then. Im so angry as people are playing games with customers and i belive that they dont value us , if you can talk and raise your views then no one will and for the record i am not willing to opt for anything different since i was not even refunded my money and no one cared to even ask if i was refunded . I need answers from someone ( if this is how i should be treated as a buying customer?) i was not there to steal but to do my shoppng and clearly some people never went through a customer service training on how clients need to be treated. This has to stop
I sent someone to buy two Chocolate milk shake and the guy came back with the two shake but i was so doughtfull as they looked so lite, we took a sip with my friend but it didnt taste right thought that it was our taste buds of which it was not. the shake tasted like your normal vanilla ice cream with just a dash of chocolate which i could not taste it and to think of the fact that i have paid for it and not get what i have paid for is not exceptional. People need to know what they are buying for as we work for the money , Steers Southgate mall gave me a bad experience which i will not except nor let my loved ones go to. Good Day i would like to tell of the bad service that I'm getting from eskom, My meter was changed by eskom last year around November and we were told to go an re register our meter of which my husband went to randfontein to register the new meter. A few days after doing that we tried using other Chanel's of buying the prepaid electricity and we were not successful, its been months we have been calling the contact centre an we are being taking from pillar to post the keep on telling us about 21 days or in 3 days the meter Will be fine, this is very frustrating as i have to go an buy else where which is not closer to home nor work and its time consuming as i work in a mall and the retail hours are long , so if this is the service that we are getting from eskom yet they want people to pay bills i think it really sucks.I don't expect to be treated in this manner as i also require the service that i pay for. I want this matter sorted because i can nit live like this as other days i sleep without any lights .
