I purchased shoes on the 27th of August and wore them on Saturday for an event, unfortunately the shoe broke and I had to return them on Monday, but when I went to the store they refused to give me a refund or a replacement, they offered me to send the shoes for repairs which is totally against their policy of returning an item after 14 days of purchase. The staff members were so rude including management, and my purchase was R599, their ignoring emails being sent to them. Please kindly assist

On May 3rd, 2024, I purchased a pair of PAUL & SOFIA shoes from the Grand Shoe Pretoria store in Sammymarks for R999.98. Unfortunately, after wearing the shoes only once at a graduation ceremony, the glitter began to come off. I am very disappointed with this, especially considering the price of the shoes and the reputation of your store. I expect a higher quality product from a luxury brand. I bought these shoes to wear them even at work, so I need ones that won't require frequent repairs when the glitter falls off. Upon returning the shoes to the store, I was informed that a refund is not possible the shoes would need to be repaired and they don't even allow exchange. I am very disappointed with their system the processes are long and you have to send emails and wait for the response. Those shoes are still in their store but I paid my hard-earned money. I regret buying from that shop

Good day everyone, This shop is at the CBD of Pretoria Van Der Walt street, between Church street and Vermeleun street. The staff is very friendly and helpful, what I most love about it is the quality of their product even though some of the items a expensive but it is worth your money and they have all kinds of shoes for different types of feet very comfortable for that matter. I have been shopping here for the past 15yrs if not more and I still visit the shop every chance I get. There is a sale going on right now!!! and the shop is very clean! When you have time, visit the shop you will never regret. I just bought 2 pairs recently. Regards, Fortunate

Worse experience ever with Pinestreet shop Gand shoes they don't value their customers, i bought a shoe which was for relieving me from the heels after funeral, guess what few hours later the pams were torn, hell no......not the expensive ones like that. I took it back and explained to them and I was willing to take anything of that amount because real fixing them is not a guarantee that I will not experience same fault next time I wear them. till this day my issue is not resolved I have been looking for regional manager without success I keep on leaving my number they not call me back even though they know my problem I am told she still to investigate. I was willing to take the product that is equivalent to the price I used since they said they dnt do exchange sales product. now I am no longer patient amd will to hear any of their products I need my money. this is July case amd we in semptember now and I do not know what is going on .what anoid me most Iphysicaly went they 5times already trying to resolve the issue but without success. What I need is my money back I am no longer interested on their terms and conditions.

I bought a boot at Grand Shoe Southgate that I had decided to wear it at a concert for the first time and it got torn on the very first day of wearing image my embarrassment and the money spent on it. I mean on the first I am so disgusted i can’t spend that money on a shoe that will tear on the first day.

I bought hush puppies shoes on the 30th of November 2020 they were on sale. I wore them for lesss than15 minutes on the 23rd of December 2020. The sole of the shoe cracked and chipped off. On the 30th of November I returned the shoe without a receipt but I had a laybye receipt for the same day. They refused to return it. After digging the bin I eventually found it. They agreed it was a factory fault but they sent me home & sent to await a SMS. SMS came through with a credit note. Mind you I travel 33km single trip to the shop, was told I will not get refund because of return policy. The floor supervisor was rude, the customer service appalling, I told them it was never my intention to return the shoe. I was embarrassed because the shoe was purchased for a particular function and for it the crack on my arrival was just not acceptable. To date they refusing to refund me and they forcing me to take something else. Firstly I bought 4 shoes on the day. Two cash and two on laybye. I don't want more shoes. I wont need the shoe the function has long passed and it did not serve its purpose. I find it absolutely absurd for a company as big and as old to have such horrible customer service

I visited the store in December to buy a pair of shoes and i was told to put them on laybye as they had no stock, On the 25th January 2019 i went to the store for the shoes and left with them only to find out when i get home that the size is right but its not suitable for wider feet , i then returned the shoe on the 27th and was told that they don't do cash refunds but pay via eft of which i did not have a problem about it. The cashier by the name of lebohang did the refund on the speedpoint of R499 and in a few minutes got an sms on my phone of a transaction that went of of R499 now my question is why are they charging me instead of refunding me. 1: refund not paid back 2:charged R499 3:How much is due to me? The cashiers seem not to know what they were doing ...they need training Spoke to the manager over the phone and he wanted me to listen to what he wanted and not listen to what i was saying nor my complaint , i feel that he does not care about the business and what customers are saying . This whole ordeal has caused me as my debit order will no longer go off as 1 lousy cashier was ignorant in doing their job, i just wonder how many customers are being treated this way or is it that im black and they just don't care or think ill never complain about my hard earned money????? Im looking for answers and some one must take accountability
