I changed my debit order date with capfin from 25 to 28 as my pay date changed yet capfin still debited me in 25th and now I have to incure additional bank charges for unpaid debit orders and a bad profile with ITC
I had an absolutely great experience with Maria Makhanya on a loan application, over a week ago. The application was approved and near finalisation, however the whole week went by and the loan was not finalised yet approved, I received coms today that the internal system had a error and the application needs to be cancelled and a new application must be submitted, this is such an inconvenience and time consuming, can the application not be finalised on yoir side as it will take another week, or should I just go ahead with another provider, this is not the fault of Maria but rather internal system problems
RCS called me to say I qualify for a loan. The call cut and i now receive a whatsapp to continue with the application. I am looking for a debt consolidation loan where RCS settles my exisiting loans and I just pay 1 installment, but its only giving me a personal loan option. I completed the application but it declined online. Why would RCS call me to say that I qualify...only to decline me?
I am a FNB private clients account holder, and have been with FNB for decades and is my only bank that I bank with! I am looking to get a debt consolidation loan to settle all my exisiting loans, and just pay one installment however FNB does not even offer me this option on my banking profile online yet other banks whom I do not even bank with are willing to asssit me. I am very disappointed with FNB and am considering moving my bank account.
Nedbank has always been accomodating to my financial needs to the extent that I was in the process of moving my entire banking profile over. I am.looking for a debt consolidation loan where Nedbank can settle my exisiting loans and I just pay one installment to Nedbank, I have never defaulted on any of my loans and all are up to date, just looking at paying one installment.
African Bank has such a wow factor online in terms of their consolidation loans amd the ease of no settlement quotes as they will do the settlements on my behalf. This drew me to oot for their services in this regard, however it is such a nightmare getting in touch with the correct department, how can I get assistance in applyingnfor this consolidation.
A max consolidation loan with Capitec was required, this will obviously allow capitec to settle my exisiting loans and I pay one installment to capitec, however according to the consultant capitec bank has put a 'freeze' on my profile! And they cannot assist me. I am a south african citizen, permanently employed in SA, so I can't understand this freeze!
I have app**** for a credit card with Discovery bank, since my life cover has been with the for several years. The consult was great, but the Discovery bank credit card process is a horror. The agent provided me with a 'living expenses' which amounts to almost R20 000, excluding my credit obligations. This amount is totally incorrect, when I requested insight into this 'living expenses' I was advised that it is an assumption from the NCR on what my expenses 'should be' based on my income! Such a horror of an assumption! Cummon Discovery, you have a great reputation, don't let processes like this bring you down. Do better!
I have been with car tracker for many years. They triple debited me in March. I spoke to an agent to advised that 'that is just the way our debits run'. I requested him to sent me an email regarding this clause or where in my contract did it stipulate this, he could not answer this but said he will email me a summary..which never happened. Another car tracking company faced severe fines for this kind of service and I will be taking legal action.
I have an exisiting Telkom data contract. Mondo contacter me to upgrade which I did, they confirmed that this was an upgrade to my existing plan and my cell nr will remain unchanged however they will deliver me a new sim card. After process was finalised they called me back amd said I must contact telkom to cancel. Now i received the sim and it is a totally different cell nr. Since their calls are recorded which telecoms ombuds can I refer this to and seek legal advise to take this further and let the public know. I also need the call recording. Why lie for a sale or commission this creates a bad reputation for you and the company.
