Online bankung bullies contimue to ignore customers wate their tine and tge idiotic app that keeps saying i will be with you shortly while you wait an hour is the cherry on the top.. They hanndle complaints by refusing to let these idiots even apologise. Som iidiot called Philani. Made me wait 1 hr and didnt even show up online. Just said ...i will be with you shortly . Im past it waa idiiots named Buyiswe, Junior, Lebohang , Tebellious. Tyrone, Ntombizodwa keot me online with not help fir over an hr. They think theyre punishing clients but they are jjust forcing us to move banks so they have no jpbs...and proving they dont deserve jobs. . Ai can easily do better than these *****s ...fiire them .. they bully and ignore clients. Fnb lets this happen. I guess they hsve too many clients ...its time to move to a much better, cliient centric bank
This is the worst insurance in za. I paid 3700 amd more insurance for 8 yrs and it got less, by the yrs as car depreciated but not lower than 3000 even in my 8th year. As i had no insurance for some time as i was out if country and I bought an entry level new BMW abd acceited a referral from my bro. . When I was in Country long enough again. I forgot to change, but I bought another new car 8 yrs later, I got other insurance quotes via bmw for insurance and moved overto a better company by far. A broker contacted me insisting I return to king price when i was ending my insurance for older car a month later. They insisted and kept calling even reduced premiums below the new insurers premiums by R80 and they brought out trust index **** claiming they are best and my other insurer is not reliable as I have 8 yrs claim free with them, they'd pay and loyalty is reward etc. I accepted insurance with them very stupidly as under 2 month later they increased my premiums by 500. I reached out and was gaslit till I said if im not at least paying the same as my previous insurer that I left to come to them again id go back to my previous insurer. I was not well and randomly checking emails and saw they'd terminated my insurance with them and sent a brief junk.msil like mail saying so...that was all. They had not even told me verbally and id gotten no callback as promised onnthe matter. .My car was 3 months old and now without cover and noone even called me to tell me this. I had a few days left of cover. Luckily I got cover fast and cover was awesome cover as KP send so much junk mail abd are so disinterested ...it was even pure chance I saw that email. Im so happy with my new insurer. I even had a claim and they paid with no issues 2 months after I joined, and after claim .my premiums are still lower than what king price Increased to. As for. King Price. I was never happy with them. I was just too lazy to change. I font miss the junk mail how hard it is, to even get help . My new insurer is cheaper and so much better. I only wish id never never used King Price now as the bliss and peace of mind is awesome and I pay less. I dont have to deal with King prices unprofessionalism and unreliability praise God. Best decision they helped me make. And I never had to deal wuth their **** claim process
I requested a breakdown of customs duties. They tried to charge me for something I already received with Pargo many days earlier. Which barely costs anything. Nell Liebenberg called to threathen and browbeat me till i started to record call. Trying to threathen me that I can be charged more tax if I dont behave and pay up what they asked. Why are they so afraid to show why they charge me what they did. SARS needs to stop this madness and clarify customs for us. Im happy to pay taxes but they let these greedy ****ners rob us too. They need to help us when these issues arise

Love this courier company and Linex clearing agents they use. After dealing with fastway, buffalo and others ifmdcsay they adcGFS are awesome as they tell youvwfat you are paying format customs . ..the other companies ***** avd charge us fees. Ascendia and linex charge us customs. ALL the couriers hat bot lines and unmanned whatsapps and call lines. Nut linex is ascendias superpower
This is what I get from all ACS when asking for a customs breakdown. Their fee takes up majority of payment and tgey still refuse to break it down. As taxpayers id report it to SARS. Thry need to be charged and fined. Bunch of *******. Tgeu asking me fur money abd want to give me an "IDEA OF WHAT I PAID FOR." The invoice is used to declare the goods to customs. No discounts are declared on the invoices and therefore any discount(s) given to you by TEMU do not come into consideration when duty and vat is calculated. The invoice from the courier / clearing company includes a service fee for processing the declaration with customs based on the below. Below is an idea of estimated Vat & Duty Clothing - 45% duty - 15% vat Shoes - 30% or R5.00 per paid highest of the two - 15% vat Household - 30% duty - 15% vat Jewellery - 20% duty - 15% vat
I buy from Temu fairly frequently have had multiple issues with ACS. They dontbman phones, they don't respond on whatsapp and ive writtennthm 20 emails to their custom demands but got no responses at all. They do not break down customs charges abd **** us and do not habe user friendly pay system. It declines. Says it paid then says its not and dues not uses virtual cards. Fastway and Temu will lose clients as I will just return items till Temu learns to listen to clients feedback on ****ming. They also called me claiming to be temu when I did not pay charges
Vumatel . I installed fibre with Vumatel and Afrihost is ISP . It only worked properly in first 4 months and thereafter prices increased but fibre speeds and delivery got wore. Afrihost helpline is a joke where the Sizwes and Kamohelo Ms of the world talk nonsense and refuse to aknowledge issues or help in any way or escalate. I check internet speedsxas they dictate see its 1/4 of what was promised and nothing works about 80 % of the time but they still talk nonsense. I agree with the 2 star reviews. Let your isps do nonsense to clients abdcwe get to rate you too.
Truly hopeless. They want card payment but have no ability to process it. It declined virtual cards as well as physical credit abd debit cards. I shop online and pay buffalo and others it's regularly but this company is pathetic and worry it's not secure as it barely works
