Worse funeral policy one can have, if you don't have back up for money
It's very bad, I submitted my claim last week still didn't receive my funds. I had to borrow money for funeral service. Their Whatsapp chat doesn't even have option where you follow up for claim. It's worse0 replies

Vuma , Hypa it's a **** you will never get the service you paid for.
In the whole of South Africa Vuma is the baddest of them all. I order a fibre on 16 November 2024 and paid on 18 November 2024 till today 10 December I haven't got my fiber, I called many times on their customer care the answer I got is contact your service provider Hypa when you call hypa it's either there's was a bug on the system no one removed it or we will lodge a ticket for you and gave me OVR -***. Vuma it's a **** a big ****. When I want to cancel the disappointing service they said I will wait 14 working days to get my money back and I already wasted the same with calling the. ****!! ****!!3 replies
