I purchased 2 of these laptops. BOTH have broken, within warraty. 1 - laptop hinge broke. I logged a return on takealot who fetched the laptop. They then send it to Lenovo. Lenovo sends it to Partserve. PartServe did not repair the Hinge. They sent it back to me, broken. I had to log another return. This time PartServe repaired the hinge, but sent the laptop back with the incorrect charger and the laptop was admin locked. I now have to log another return, 2 - the trackpad stopped working. Same story - Log return > Lenovo > PartServe. Partserve sent it back to me unrepaired. I had to log another return. This back and forth has gone on since 02 February. Neither laptop works and i have spent R17k on both. Also, when they return it to me, i had to pay an IT company to reinstall all software again. Takelot and Lenovo refuse to refund me for the laptops. I am stuck with an endless back and forth hoping they get repaired.

I cancelled my ADT subscription in November and gave them ample notice not to charge the annual radio fee. Nevertheless, they did and i was assured it would be refunded. It has not been refunded to me despite numerous calls and emails. Agents refuse to escalate the matter, DONICK does not reply to my mails. No one has called be back despite promises. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY!!!
I cannot begin to put into words how HORRIBLE the experience has been. Even when they get your order wrong, MULTIPLE times, they refuse to give you a refund. You are stuck, in an endless back and forth, dealing with ever-changing personnel, and no one can seem to get the order right.
Ordered at 10am on Monday. Delivered to me in Durban at 4pm on Tuesday. Absolutely amazing.
I ordered a Kreepy Krauly Viper Edition for R2417. Takealot sent me a standard Kreepy Krauly. I returned it, specifying that i wanted the correct item (not a refund). Takealot refunded me R1917. I called to complain, and they said it was not in stock. I could clearly see the item in stock online. They said they would escalate it. Then they removed R1772 of my credit, to be transferred into my account. I have requested to be called numerous times to sort this ****show out. UNBELIEVABLE lack of attention, and total carelessness.
Order #155161577 ORDERED 24 JUN 2024 There is an item missing from my delivery. I notified the takealot team on 30 june 2024. The response was that they will investigate. But i have not received the outcome, or any update since then. Unacceptable.
Nedbank Home Loans!! I had a large sum of money in my access bond and it went to ZERO overnight. No word of warning, or notification. Just POOOF***
Finally got to the bottom of who has been selling my contact information! After numberous spam calls and direct marketing, a call centre agent told me they got my number from ADT! My advice to everyone...STAY THE F*** away from ADT Apart from this issue, i have been trying to cancel my armed response because ADT never responds. But that is another issue for another time
Trying to get in touch with Nedbank Assisted Sales team since 02 March 2023. They do not respond to emails ([email protected]) I tried calling the number listed in the NASE brochure, no one is able to help (or even knows what I am talking about). Am I to wait to become completely unable to pay my bond, then receive a judgment before Nedbank helps sell my house???
