The worse administration in the world :Deposit unfairly withheld
Whatever you do avoid any property that is managed by CSI property management, they recently took over from Central development at San ridge heights apartments and it has been a nightmare since I moved out, the have withheld my deposit and are charging me unfairly for a unit that was not cleaned and painted when we moved it , I tried explaining this to them but they insist on charging me for normal four years of wear and tear , move in knowing that they will not give back your deposit and if you have issues they will not handle them

Brand new yet terribly loud fridge
We purchased a defy fridge in December 2025 and the fridge was only silent and making very mind noises for the first month, from the end of February till right now the noise that fridge mass is unbearably loud almost sounds like it’s breaking… I am worried for the health of our ears as we hear this even with doors closed while we sleep.

Overloaded trains no value for money
Gautrain has recently become very unpleasant to use, since the kleva card system it is alleged that more people can afford it and as such there’s always an influx , overloaded trains and very rowdy to say the least, considering how expensive this why then do we not get our monies worth , it feels like there’s new management that made a grave mistake that is going to cost this service its reputation

I think the cashiers ***** these items intentionally
Pick ‘n Pay San ridge square is full of dishonest employees, for some time now I would purchase my groceries there, and 5/5 items that I paid for will be on my receipt but not packed, after I pay for them they disappear, because they’re too many I often don’t even check until I am home , only to find that some of the things I went to buy were either ****** or put aside by the cashiers,this happens too often to be a mistake and I can’t keep going back to complain.

Three weeks to process a contract
A telkom consultant I will not mention the name here although I know it , offered me a contract ,i agreed after having been persuaded by her, the phone took three weeks and three courier cancellations to process ,I was let down four times and at every point I was **** to ...on the final day it was said to arrive the courier company skynet calls and tells me they will not deliver and the guy literally insults me...I cancelled the contract and the phone went back to the warehouse , get a telkom contact at your own risk ,the staff is highly ***********

The worst courier service there currently is.
If I could give a business -0 it would be this courier company,I honestly hope this company closes down so that the stores we order from can stop using them to stress our lives, I have not seen anything more *********** In my life ,not a single time have a received assistance from these folks.

The driver lies about having called me several times when the parcel has not left the warehouse
The drivers keep lying about having called me when he never has when I track my parcel when i call Aramex the parcel has not even left the warehouse, it’s been two weeks of a painful back and forth and I still do not have my very urgent parcel . I honestly would not refer Aramax to anybody who is in a hurry to receive their parcel.

Bob cuts hair salon midrand is a **** and legit the worst salon in the history of salons … I wish I could attach a picture of what is supposed to be french tips and my hair, I soaked them off on the same day because of how horrifying they looked, they looked like an allergy! nobody knows what they are doing and they are all so unprofessional, the music is extremely loud ! And most importantly they advertise lies…I feel like you give a bad name to other salons that actually deliver what they post! Bobcuts is a shame to other black owned brands because we now have trust issues !

Mr D is a **** and a bunch of *******
M so upset and resorted to never using mr D ever again, twice in a row my food will get delivered with major items missing , when I try to report the matter the consultants brush me off and have never ever refunded my money. I am never ever using this app again . And I do not recommend it to anybody…
