Paidup letter
Ive made the payment for Sunshine loan 2months back through NRB but they are not sending my paidup letter. they only send the account statement offwhich that is not helping me

Unfair Policy dedauction dates
I join a policy for 25 October 2025 deduction but they deduct on the 25 September 2025 consist of R1500 when i request a sales to assist he is not availing himself

Very poor service its been 3 months now since i requested them to update my name that i paid them off and cancelled my contract with them.

Poor customer service
I've been writting to them requesting my refund till now i didnt get the money instead they make empty promises on friday that they procecess the money latest today it will be available in my account. I just call them now they say i must wait for friday payments.

loan agreement not honoured
I apply for a loan on the second of April 2024 and i signed the agreement as well as debit check madate but till today the money is not deposited in my account. ive made serveral calls with no luck.

Refund
on the 22 March they double debit my account with 2394.40 and on the 25 March come again with R240. Ive been calling the company with my refund with no luck the worse part of it i am no longer having a contract with them.
