Refund for overpayment not paid
I made a repayment few days after I got paid by them and I overpaid them with R124.55. They updated their system and promised to refund me back my money after 3 business days and now it's the third week but still no money. I emailed them twice reminding them about my refund still nothing. I thought they're the best but as far as I see they're a ****

Sunshine Loans poor customer service
Poor customer service. The contact number is not answered. When you call after hours the number becomes active but stays engaged. When trying to upload bank statements FNB does not work on their portal. They only seem to work with ABSA and CAPITEC. Awfull experience with this company.

Why sending debit check without sending money?
Last month we worked fine and they sent me money after debit check. But I don't know what happened with sunshine this month because since I accepted their debit check, there is no sign of money coming in+. What's worse is that I've been trying to get hold of them the whole day, without any win. Help me, what else can I do from here now?

Not using again.
The same here. Debicheck approved on the 30 April. Today is 06/05 and the money did not go into my account😡Will go to my bank and cancel the debicheck and NEVER use this company again!! Also no emails gets answered. Both contact numbers not working?

I am shocked ! I have requested that the debit order should not take place because, I didn't receive the loan amount from Sunshine loan but still the debit order took place and the money was not budgeted for ! Urgently bring back the money! I need to make payment , I have an urgent matter ! I never received money from Sunshine but why debit if you failed to loan me ! This is totally unacceptable.

I am shocked ! Sunshine Lian is a ****, a total *****. Sptoved debi check on Saturday morning, Monday evening still no funds in my account but they are css as moving nicely to deduct my money come month end.SIES!!!
