Biggest regret – first order, no delivery, no update
I regret ordering from Home Choice for the first time. I placed my order on 29 April. It is now several days later, and I have not received my order or any update on its status. No communication, nothing. This is my first time buying from Home Choice, and the process has been extremely stressful. I have no idea when or if my order will arrive, and customer support has not helped. I will never ever buy anything from Home Choice again. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.3 replies

Refund for overpayment not paid
I made a repayment few days after I got paid by them and I overpaid them with R124.55. They updated their system and promised to refund me back my money after 3 business days and now it's the third week but still no money. I emailed them twice reminding them about my refund still nothing. I thought they're the best but as far as I see they're a ****0 replies
