Why sending debit check without sending money?

Last month we worked fine and they sent me money after debit check. But I don't know what happened with sunshine this month because since I accepted their debit check, there is no sign of money coming in+. What's worse is that I've been trying to get hold of them the whole day, without any win. Help me, what else can I do from here now?
