I am shocked !

I have requested that the debit order should not take place because, I didn't receive the loan amount from Sunshine loan but still the debit order took place and the money was not budgeted for !

Urgently bring back the money! I need to make payment , I have an urgent matter !

I never received money from Sunshine but why debit if you failed to loan me !

This is totally unacceptable.
