Debit order reversal

I'm really disappointed in the level of service. I changed my debit order date for funeral cover on the 15th an was assured it's changed to the 5th as requested, on the 31st I had child's transport money sent an you debited the amount. I made a complain am requested refund as it's money that must used but was told il not be refunded after I requested cancelation immediately I really disappointed at your service an will nit recommend anyone to you guys worst part I'm your client my new number *** email ***

Harrased with calls.

I'm harrasednwith your 1000 calls daily. This is the 10th call for today. I'm really ****ed. I have told you guys several times to remove me from your dialer an I keep getting your calls.. Not intrested in your service. I paid 2 full. Months an I didn't eve get to use your service after being told it doesn't work we're I stay. Can you please stop harassing me. Harassment and bad attitude

I have never seen such a heartless useless attorney company with illiterate workers. How does my account be handed over to the company Wednesday and already Thursday I'm threatened with summon. This people never spoken to me, I have never recieved any Email prior to say my account is in arrears an cN you make an arrangement instead of being threatened even after telling them iv Bern unemployed for whole year. I had to remind them how do I get summons without 129,i told thrm my cell changed and they never bother ask for new number if it makes you guys happy continue blacklisting me I don't care if you work like ***s. Bad service

I have been with bid tracker for 5 years to point I recruited my dad an husband to join. I am utterly disappointed at the level of service my dad is currently receiving. My dad has bid track on his old car an bought car 3 months back and to this day bid track has not installed the tracker, he was send forms by lady called nokubonga only to be told after a month he needs to travel 2 hours to their place to get tracker installed. 1stly my dad is 70 years old. We trusted tracker as this was used on all 5 cars and now he must use his petrol, his time to go get tracker installed that his going to pay monthly? Since when is tracker not sending out someone to install? I'm super disappointed, would the car be ****** now that it's 3 months without help. Will you reimburse us? I'm really disappointed, I received summons on Friday after I notified you I'm unemployed an gave the proof. The other things I have given my new contacts my email sevrals times an no one has called me on that number as I specified the old one is not working. My new contact *** and email ***. I'm really disappointed at the level of service especially if I reported I have no income now. What's must I do if I have no income at all an never said refused to pay but due to circumstances which I reported

Summons

Highly dissapointed, I have reported several times to this company I'm currently unemployed an going through a divorce process, an it's painful to not be considered when such is raised. To my suprice, I have lost my previous number last year an have not revieved any recent emails since November an suddenly I get summons from tenent who stays were I used to stay as insosnce moved due to my situation. I have letter stating I'm unemployed an I have no source of income currently at all. I have moved as I'm going through divorce process an to be summoned in a place you even far from. How will I get to Pretoria if I don't have any source of income? Last communication by email revieved was in November. I know I could keep up with payments but if you don't have nay cent to pay, how must you pay? I'm going though alot here an wish I had atleast further given time, just imagine the disgrace for someone who is not ne getting my personal things. Something that's private to me. I think even if you tried my contact an couldn't get me as I lost contact I could have atleast be send recent email u like exposing my private things to a stranger. My personal email is ***

I have been requesting refund from my account since Sunday an I'm given the run around. I'm currently unemployed an I need the funds. I have sent several emails an I'm. Savings account placed hold

My savings account has a semi dormant hold, I went to branch yesterday to try an link to my app an I couldn't be helped because apparently system placed semi dormant hold, I'm an ex absa staff an I know how it works. That hold placed only when account is not in use for 3 months or more if you can check on my statement for savings, I transact regularly on that account, it's my boys birthday Monday an funds are needed urgently an locked, funds I worked hard for an now I must until Tuesday is it fair?
